This place is open 24/7 and you can do your laundry and take showers here. There's an area in the back of the store for that. There are 2 separate gas stations here. One area is for long haul truckers getting diesel and another area is for everybody else getting non diesel. I grabbed a full tank and got some munchies here. This is in the city of Coachella where they have the VIP concerts Customer service is great here and the place was super busy. I arrived at around 5 PM 5-15-26 for a tire change. However, I was informed that there was a significant delay due to a road call. At 6 PM, I received a phone call notifying me of this delay, but as of now, it is 0800 5-16-26 and I am still waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. To make matters worse, I have observed that only one of the three bay doors is currently open, and no repairs appear to be taking place. This delay has caused me to run out of hours, and I am now unable to meet my delivery schedule. Additionally, I have an important return appointment tomorrow afternoon that I need to prepare for. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. I expected a more efficient service based on your company's reputation, and I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for the delays and any possible resolution to expedite my service.

I provided my father's name and date of birth, but the employee insisted there was no record of him in the system. After I repeated the birth year 3 times, it turned out he had typed it in wrong--yet he still argued with me, claiming I gave him the wrong year. He then asked if we had already picked up the medication at a different Walgreens. Which we did not since the message said it was ready at this specific pharmacy. The exact same thing happened when I asked him to check on my mother's remaining prescription. He claimed there was no record of her either and suggested we call her doctor to verify if we were even at the right pharmacy. Again, I also repeated my mother's date of birth and name 3 times, which he refused to double-check. After waiting and eventually being helped by a different, lovely pharmacist to get my father's medication, I asked her to double-check my mother's name in the system. To no surprise, she found my mother's prescription in less than a minute. It is completely unbelievable that the first employee managed to make two identical mistakes back-to-back and then had the nerve to blame me for his errors.
