She showed us a number of beds, but what is rare these days, she listened to the feedback we provided and guided us to the perfect bed for us. We placed the order and waited for delivery. About a week later the delivery guys arrived. The took the old mattress and boxspring away and installed the new bed. It looks spectacular! Daniella was able to include sheets (2 different colors) and an extra pillow. There was no haggling and the whole interaction with Daniella was very easy. Mathis brothers overall did great, but Daniella stood out for her commitment to make my wife and I happy with the process from finding the right bed through to getting sitting in our master bedroom.

Unfortunately, our experience with the payment plan was very confusing and disappointing. We were told our total was about $2,000 and that the payment plan would be 3 months. The worker explained there was a 12-month option but stated clearly that we were not signing up for that. My boyfriend signed a handwritten contract that I read carefully, and it matched what we were told. The following day, when we created an account with the financing company, we discovered the plan was actually 12 months, with a total cost of almost $5,000. The agreement on file was different from what was signed in-store and was electronically signed without us being shown or given the opportunity to review it. To avoid paying excessive interest, we paid the balance off immediately. The furniture itself is great, but I strongly recommend that future customers triple-check all financing paperwork and verify terms directly with the financing company before leaving the store.

Spent much time explaining the product and patiently answering my many questions. There was no pressure. He gave me lots of points to consider. I sat on most examples and loved the recliner module. I was shocked at the price so Kirk showed me other products. I still preferred the Stressless designs and quality. Now I'm going to do my living room floor plan and experiment with module pieces to see what I can come up with. I'm sure at that point I'll have even more questions.
