They answered our questions and were very responsive. Their service and communication was great. The floor system looks really nice - we love it and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it. Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) It's easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesn't show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. I made several changes to the original design of the porch (many during the build process), Mike (owner) was very accommodating. The porch is beautiful and we receive sooo many compliments. Used the oven that was immaculate as we had just bought it before he arrived, it's absolutely filthy. The saw dust everywhere, not cleaned up. Left the kayaks out all winter and put them back inside full of water instead of pulling the plugs and dumping the water out before putting them inside. The well pump he installed, wouldn't prime,had to get another pump person up there to get that going. Had issue with the wrong toilet being installed, wanted to "wiggle" his way through that until finally agreeing it was wrong and installed the correct one. Left personal garbage outside for animals to get into it and said there was nothing he could do because it froze. We paid for custom cabinet to be built in the bathroom, that didn't happen. I understand weather, is not in anyone's control, however, the filthy mess he left this spring after the snow melt was in his control. Oh, and He WAS PAID in full and EARLY. As a customer, we were more than good to him. He avoided doing a walk thru when we had owners up there. Just so very disappointed. Lesson Learned by out of state owners!
