I could not be happier with the great customer service I received. In this case, I don't think a small business owner would have been able to afford to buy an entire unit to use one part. I use Yelp for just about everything, and a quick look at the reviews on Yelp for Grants Pass pointed me toward AirTec Heating & Air. I made a phone call and AirTec showed up at my home the very next day. Within minutes of inspecting my AC system, AirTec diagnosed the problem and said it would take one to two days to obtain the needed part depending on if it was in stock or not. Two days later, AirTec returned with the necessary part and installed it. During the installation, they discovered the central air conditioning system in my house was not wired correctly, and they fixed that too. I don't write very many reviews on Yelp, but the reviews I read about AirTec were spot on, and I was very happy I chose them. My air conditioning system is working fine once again and I would recommend AirTec to anyone.

With the weather turning colder, I realized I needed to get the system working. Three Rivers Heating & Air had the best reviews, so I gave them a call. Larry arrived at the time he said he would come. He got right to work. I was impressed by how he took the time to explain the system to me and what needed to be done. He was very good at teaching me what I needed to keep the system working well. Larry was very efficient and effective in his work. He was very neat. Definitely professional.
