We have had several different service providers out, and Absolute Carpet Care made it the most easy and pleasant (as can be with sewage!) experience. I absolutely recommend them for your carpet cleaning! They call when they are about 20 minutes out to give you plenty of time to make sure you are home. When they arrive they introduce themselves before coming into your home, they don't barge in like other people we've had clean the house in the past. They dress professionally with clean khakis, belts, and shirts tucked in. They measure rooms before they treat the room so they use the right amount of solution. They vacuum before they start even if you already did, just to make sure you get a good clean carpet. They don't drag their solution through the house, they keep everything on the van and put down towels so they didn't damage anything. They made the carpets SPARKLE they are so clean!!!!!!! I have to say that I have been using Absolute Carpet Care for over a decade. I wish I was writing a review on their service for a decade of great carpet care. Unfortunately, all I can say is don't have a problem with them because they won't help you. The whole situation is extremely sad and disheartening. I guess the bigger you get....Absolute power corrupts Absolute Carpet Care....I paid almost $700 dollars for this and now I'm stuck with ruined carpet and facing another bill to get it fixed. The last time they came to my home, three weeks ago, the carpet care specialist left the carpet soaking wet. At first I thought they did extra cleaning in that area. But when it didn't dry after 2 days I called the company. I was so disappointed in how they handled this whole situation. Too, bad, I can't post a photo, but, they left 35 square feet of my basement carpet soaking wet. Now the carpet is ruined, and I can't replace it because it is discontinued. Why? Because... First when I first Absolute called they didn't come out for 5 days after the fact, even though I explained the extent of the water on the carpet. Then Marcus tried to tell me it was my fault, and now they, Mike, won't take my calls, and the girls, Amanda, who answer the phones are pretty much giving me the the business on the phone...you know nice, but not going to put me through to anybody. But they are still sending me almost daily emails to have them come and clean my carpets. Don't get me started on Marcus, he has pretty much called me a liar, and put me on the spot to prove my case. He never even came out an looked at the situation himself. My plumber called him, and reported to me that Marcus was rude and condescending on the phone. He even disrespected my plumber, by saying he's not a plumber because he isn't on the internet. read more

We hired Absolute Carpet Care to clean our town house carpets in 2015 and they made our carpets look like new! In 2016 I made the mistake of succumbing to the adverts on 105.9 for Zerorez. While that technician was very professional and worked his backside off, our carpets took 8+ hours to dry and were left oddly dark and crispy as if they'd been burnt. I realize that's not likely, but it's the only way to describe it. It took MONTHS of routine vacuuming for the shade to even out and crispiness to dissipate. December 2017 our neighbor asked who they should use for carpet cleaning and we recommended ACC. Since they were going to be across the street I too called to get on their schedule. Having our carpets cleaned by ACC on 12/30/17 is the best way to start the new year! We don't wear shoes in the house and even wipe our dogs paws with baby wipes whenever he's been outside (hot soapy wash-rags even if a baby wipe isn't enough), and yet our carpets still truly need a professional cleaning once a year. Our carpets were dry in a few hours yesterday and, once again, look bright, clean, fluffy, and brand new. We are more than thrilled. I won't make the mistake of using ANYONE else ever again. read more

This place gets rave reviews, and I can see some of those points. Their staff on the phones and in our house were very friendly and hard working. The service is very good. A few points to consider: 1) they are very pricey (probably in line with others) and I agreed to the work; and 2) plan on at least 48 hours for the carpet and rugs to completely dry (even with running fans). I think a company should be honest and fair in its dealings with customers. In this case, Absolute Carpet was not! I had requested one of there top guys to come out and determine if the carpet in my rental could be cleaned or it needed to be replaced and had scheduled for carpet cleaning to be done shortly thereafter. However, the guy who was suppose to let me know the condition of the carpet in my rental was sick and did not show up to do the inspection, and the cleaners showed up and cleaned the carpet for around $400. I used them once before but had forgotten how great they are, from customer service to carpet cleaning. I have a dog so there were some "special" stains and dirt in a high traffic area. After searching Yelp for a green carpet cleaner, I called Absolute for a quote. The customer service was so helpful and knowledgeable that I knew I had found the right company. We used Absolute to clean and allergen treat the carpets in our new home, had them clean all of our apolstered furniture, and they cleaned the carpets to move out of our rental. At both homes, the service men arrived a few minutes before the appointment. They gave me different pricing options so I could decide on how to best spend our money.  I couldn't have been more pleased with the result.
