Wonderful customer service, well educated staff, honest and great work!! I took our car in for a few rock chip repairs. When I called to schedule the office specialist told me a great secret regarding the coverage my insurance company would extend specifically for this type of repair: there would be no deductible and the first three repairs would be covered (the other glass co I called didn't tell me this, they just confirmed they would work w/ our ins co). When I arrived the same woman had the insurance claim settled in about 10 min! Finally, the technician who came to look at the windshield was both honest and skilled: one of the 'chips' I pointed out wasn't one but he also spotted one we hadn't noticed yet. (I hate to have to say this but it is a dirty truth: as a woman seeking car repair its nice to be able to feel confident that I'm not being taken for a ride.) I needed a windshield and I needed to get my oil changed. Sean at Absolute gave me an excellent price. Eric at Thompson's made it possible to drop my car off and have both things done the same day. (both places are in the same center). These companies work together. When Sean finished with my windshield he turned my car over to Thompsons. I picked my car up later that day and both jobs were done. The work was professionally done and I am 100% satisfied with both places. It was easy and convenient. During my evacuation from South Lake Tahoe, I was coming down Highway 80 when the rubber around my windshield started to come off. I stopped and duct taped but it would not hold. I had to put it inside the car and roll up the window to keep it from coming off anymore. My mom had recommended Absolute Auto Glass since they were kind enough to fix the rubber around her rear windshield. The manager Sone was kind enough to also fix mine. I saw some rubber lining coming out of my back van hatchback window. I assumed the window had to be taken out and the rubber sealing it replaced. I went to get an estimate and one of the employees cheerfully came out pulled the rubber out of the window and said "there it's all fixed" He told me it was only cosmetic and the window was still well sealed. Then my struts were broke on the hatch back door - I had the new struts in a box in my van and asked where I could go to get them installed. He promptly - within 2 minutes installed them for me. All of this so cheerfully done and FREE! I left with tears in my eyes at his kindness and honesty. read more

I have been coming to Shon for 8 years for all my glass repairs. My experience has always been top notch when it comes to customer service. Once again Absolute was excellent, especially because I had my four month old son with me, which can be nerve wracking at times because babies can disturb others. Shon and his staff made my son and I feel right at home. Everyone made us feel really comfortable and Shon had us in and out in one hour. it was 4:40 pm when I was driving down the freeway and a rock chipped my windsheild. I had only had my new windshield for a few month and I was not happy about it. I had my 3 kids with me and it was dinner time. I crossed my fingers and got off the freeway hoping Shon and the guys could still do it before closing. Shon and Crimson are the BEST!!! Needed both windshields in my RV replaced. Stopped by Friday on my way out of town, Shon took all my information and called the insurance company. Once approved he ordered the glass, Monday, dropped the RV off Tuesday evening, windshields installed Wednesday, let them sit and settle overnight - picked up my rig Thursday with beautiful windshields and neat job!!!
