Even though the water heater is only 2 years old, Frank claimed that he replaced the two elements (he never showed me any evidence that he had in fact replaced them). However, even before he had left the premise, the water heater was again tripping the breaker. Obviously, the problem wasn't being caused by the "bad elements" in the water heater. Frank still charged us $210. He claimed that the elements were still bad, even thought the cause of the short was somewhere else. Frank is a very personable guy. However, I found his work ethics quite questionable.

We discovered a huge water leak from our Hot Water Heater the day before New Years Eve. We called…read more3 different Plumbing companies and left messages. The only plumber who responded was Bilach Plumbing. Sara from the office called back in one hour from our original call. Dan Bilach was in the area and after sending him some pictures he came right over to look at the problem. He diagnosed the issue; we needed a new tank and storage tank. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what it would entail to fix. His prices were fair and reasonable, and Dan said he could do the repair either later that day or early the next morning!! WOW!!! He wanted to get this fixed immediately for us as the holiday was fast approaching. He left with a promise to hunt down everything he needed to complete the job. Within 2 hours we had a hot water heater delivered to our house. Sara, who was very kind, courteous and understood our panic contacted us throughout the day with updates as to when Dan would be able to come to install the tanks. Then it took them weeks to get the parts. They charged us for each visit!! They never came out for the AC maintenance.
