We discovered a huge water leak from our Hot Water Heater the day before New Years Eve. We called 3 different Plumbing companies and left messages. The only plumber who responded was Bilach Plumbing. Sara from the office called back in one hour from our original call. Dan Bilach was in the area and after sending him some pictures he came right over to look at the problem. He diagnosed the issue; we needed a new tank and storage tank. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what it would entail to fix. His prices were fair and reasonable, and Dan said he could do the repair either later that day or early the next morning!! WOW!!! He wanted to get this fixed immediately for us as the holiday was fast approaching. He left with a promise to hunt down everything he needed to complete the job. Within 2 hours we had a hot water heater delivered to our house. Sara, who was very kind, courteous and understood our panic contacted us throughout the day with updates as to when Dan would be able to come to install the tanks. Dan was working other jobs that day but committed to us and sure enough he arrived later that day. Within 2 hours Dan and his helper were able to install our new tanks, cleaned up any mess and wished us a Happy New Year!!! We are thrilled that Bilach Plumbing took this project on for us!!! So here are the key takeaways: Dan Bilach is Knowledgeable, Prompt, Cares for his customers, No Upsell, and a Really Nice Guy!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILACH PLUMBING!! Thanks Sara and Dan!!! i needed an assessment on a well pump that was failing. Dan did some tests to isolate the problem which ended up being a faulty well pump. Since this property is a second home and i am out of area, i asked Dan if he could replace it same day. He did! Now everything is working fine and i even got a bump up on my water pressure. Dan was very professional, expedient and knowledgeable. i would totally recommend him GJ - Dingmans ferry PA read more

Anyone that lives in the Milford, PA area knows full well trying to get a contractor to do work is like pulling teeth. I can't explain why. It is what it is. I am currently looking for a plumber. This company was referred to me by my roofer. After going online and seeing all the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with a nice woman and we were trying to see if they could send someone to my house on a Saturday. She stated that they were busy but would talk to their tech and see if it was possible. I never received a phone call back. I called again and left a message. No return phone call. Since I didn't get a call back I sent an email with all of my details and never got a reply! They must be so busy that they are not taking on new clients. I have no issue with this. My issue is being ignored. If you couldn't or didn't want to do the work just tell me this so can call another contractor. read more

We had a pipe backup from our house going to the septic tank outside. This was on Friday. We called our septic company first, thinking it was a septic issue. They came immediately, and determined the septic tank may need to be pumped out; after doing that the problem was better, but not completely completely resolved, so they came back on Saturday. I had already called 2 plumbers in the morning, and the septic company said we definitely needed a plumber. Bilach called us back in the afternoon, and said he would come out on Sunday. We finally heard back from them after 3PM, and the woman told me that he couldn't "do this kind of job", then when I questioned her as to why a plumber couldn't unclog a pipe, she changed her story and said that they were too busy to get to us any time soon. We could have had this problem fixed before Sunday, and wasted precious time 2 days) waiting on this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company! Not to mention that we couldn't shower, run the washer, dishwasher, or leave the water on too long! read more
