The only plumber who responded was Bilach Plumbing. Sara from the office called back in one hour from our original call. Dan Bilach was in the area and after sending him some pictures he came right over to look at the problem. He diagnosed the issue; we needed a new tank and storage tank. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what it would entail to fix. His prices were fair and reasonable, and Dan said he could do the repair either later that day or early the next morning!! WOW!!! He wanted to get this fixed immediately for us as the holiday was fast approaching. He left with a promise to hunt down everything he needed to complete the job. Within 2 hours we had a hot water heater delivered to our house. Sara, who was very kind, courteous and understood our panic contacted us throughout the day with updates as to when Dan would be able to come to install the tanks. Dan was working other jobs that day but committed to us and sure enough he arrived later that day. Within 2 hours Dan and his helper were able to install our new tanks, cleaned up any mess and wished us a Happy New Year!!! We are thrilled that Bilach Plumbing took this project on for us!!! So here are the key takeaways: Dan Bilach is Knowledgeable, Prompt, Cares for his customers, No Upsell, and a Really Nice Guy!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILACH PLUMBING!! Thanks Sara and Dan!!! Happy New Year 2026!

I wouldn't hire this guy to fix a faucet. He didn't have to dig or fill the whole. He basically charged me for having my friend do all the dirty work. Personally, I wouldn't piss down his neck if his heart was on fire and I think he sucks, hard. Avoid at all cost unless you want to pay double.
