They speak multiple languages, including fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese (at least whose were the languages I heard). In addition to flooring, they also have cabinet options. For those wanting custom-made cabinets, they have the huge planks of wood/styling for doing so. Overall, I'd come back here for remodeling or renovation needs.

One of them happened to look very close to what we were looking for which is a nice coincidence for us. White cabinets on top and dark blue cabinets on bottom. Quality: Cabinets seem pretty decent. Not sawdust, but multiple layers of thin wood (sorry I'm not savvy with construction terminology). So not the best, but not the worst. No issues using it for 3 weeks so far. Delivery: They do not do delivery, it's pick up only. However with the colors/styles ones we wanted, it was in stock so we could pick it up at any time (we set an appointment for the following Monday). Also it's all in pieces so it needs to be constructed together (it was a surprise to me, but fortunately my contractor knows what they're doing ha). FYI the quartz counter was not pre-cut, some people specialized in cutting it brought it to our place and custom cut it. Not sure if it was part of Asia Building Supply or my contractor, but figured it was worth noting. Service: It's very umm... I think it's fine, but if you've been to an authentic Chinese restaurant, you'll know they aren't here to hold your hand and tell you what's good on the menu. They don't have time for that. If you need something, you flag them down and tell them what you want. They are very blunt and to the point. Jenny helped us, and what a math wiz calculating how much space we have and what style cabinets will fit with what dimensions we have. She will then make a visual model of what it will look like. She'll also point out if things seem strange (like our spice rack near the sink instead of the stove... it's just how our space fits). Definitely have kitchen dimensions ready as well as what you plan to have in your space. We did ask her what was the best hood range, so we're pleased with what we got. Price: I think since this was a wholesaler it's much cheaper than going to a cabinet specialty store. Just make sure you have an awesome contractor! For reference, Asia Building's cabinets + counter + hood range ended up being 6k. Whereas the cabinet stores we went to (which do cabinet installation only and not demolition) quoted 32k. We're still in the process of unpacking/cleaning up so it's currently a bit of a mess haha. Here's a photo of when it was still a WIP.

He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

I went with them because they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper for the Toto toilet I wanted. I…read morethought since they were a distributor on Toto's website they would be reputable. Clearly I was wrong. When I received my toilet, the seat part was in a box without any wrapping to protect it, and the hardware just loose thrown in the box. My contractor showed me photos of other Toto toilets he's installed, which have been plenty and they're always very carefully wrapped to help protect from scratches and such. This was not the case for my seat. The seat was completely scratched up, and one of the hardware pieces was no longer in the box. Instead of trying to fix the problem for me they tell me that they can assure me it's a brand new toilet. They sent me the missing part but instead of overnighting it like I would think they would to make it right they sent it regular mail which took a week. As far as the scratches, they said, I have to reach out to Toto for my warranty. It was not toto's fault that they did not package it properly in the first place. So now I had to pay the plumber to come out two extra days for their mistakes. No apologize from them. Nothing! Horrible Customer Service and I will never use them again. Buyer beware!
