The office staff and very rude manager refuses to rebill the visit correctly. We showed them where they made a simple keying error and it is as though they can not accept that they made an error. They claim there was a lapse in coverage, yet there was not- it was all due to their error. They continue to refuse to rebill it correctly. I would never recommend the Broad Ripple MyEyeDr to anyone. Rude handling of our issue. Refusal to work with us to bill it correctly and refusal to even consider the possibility that they made an error, even with our verification of full coverage in place at the time of coverage. Not worth the billing hassle to go to Broad Ripple MyEyeDr.

You cannot help but look. It is on the front of the building and wraps around both sides. It was painted in 2016 and is the work of Justin Oloson of Olson Studios. The right side of the mural depicts a close up of a bright blue-eyed person with glasses on set against a colorful wavy background. The front has the building's address hidden into an eye chart and a brown eyed man with glasses on and the colorful waves behind the eye chart and to the mans right. The left side of the building has a blonde-haired, blue-eyed woman, yep, you guessed it, with eye glasses, looking at the colorful waves that are in front of her. I like the colors used in the mural. The colorful waves contrast very well with the background. And even though it is somewhat basic, the artwork is on point, Olson is very talented. The mural is in excellent shape and looks pretty fresh. Parking here to get a closer look is pretty simple. You can pull into the clinic's parking lot or snag a free spot on the street, get out and look as long as your heart desires. I just parked on the street in front of the clinic. Anyway, as with most murals that I have visited and reviewed, this is not a long stop. I was there less than 5 minutes. So, you may want to consider planning out additional stops at many of the other attractions in the area, or making this stop part of a larger itinerary to maximize your time and trip.

While getting excellent eye care and answers, they don't mind lots of talking or even if something said does not come out just right, they are good with people just being people. This creates an environment that is hard to find these days, leaving you feeling amazing afterward and inspired to keep it going in your next environment. I don't know how their prices compare but I do know using my glasses and contacts reminds me of really great people that I am grateful to interact with. Also Dr. Avila, who advises me, has always given great advice and has been one of the best doctors I have ever worked with.

I don't wear glasses but my husband does. The service was on my insurance benfit though…read more For 2 years he tried this business and he was totally pretty ticked off both years. He bought 2 pairs of glasses but one pair didn't seem the same. He tried to tell them something was not right but they said both were exactly the same. Fast forward He went to a new optometrist this year and took both pairs to have just the lenses updated; he was told the prescription were not the same. The eye exam performed by the new optometrist was more detailed and they actually did an in depth exam on his bifocals. He said myeyedr was not that thorough. Now that he can compare he says his new lenses and contacts are so much better than when he got new glasses and contacts from myeyedr. Myeyedr is also more expensive and they just weren't very attentive to my husband.

She has been so helpful with knowing what to do with the lenses and all the fine tuning for my bifocal glasses and also my sunglasses. They were a well oiled machine. Then we met with Jadyn, the Optician. My wife Jackie and i both enjoyed talking with her and understanding new trends and eyewear we may prefer. Jadyn was so attentive and just interested in us. She was a good listener and let us know she heard what we were saying in a very courteous way. Jackie plans to purchase several pair of glasses, both prescription sunglasses and the regular inside pair. From here on out we will be going to Vision Quest and asking for Jadyn, when we need new eyewear.

I was given a few samples to try out for contacts. On my third sample, I was good. We finalized my prescription, and I ordered the contacts. I received the contacts. They did not work. I contacted them to verify my prescription was correct. They said yes. I contacted the MFR and they sent me a new set of contacts. Still no good. I contacted the DRs office to get me prescription rechecked and they said "Sure, but it will cost you out of pocket". All I wanted was to verify the prescription. I was told nope. Sorry. So basically, I was out the cost of the contacts because they are unusable to me and unable to go see another DR unless I pay since I used my insurance visit for the year. Clearly, they did not update my prescription to the third sample and did not care to help me out. Plenty of other eye DRs out there.

They were very patient with my daughter even when she needed her eyes dilated. They're always quick, professional & friendly. Note that you will need an appt even if you need your glasses adjusted/ looked at so no walk-ins, but usually you can get in same day. Highly recommend for frames, eye exams & pediatric eye care!
