My vehicle was placed at the shop after an animal strike. Thomas who was in charge of the claim(repairs) notified myself on Thursday that the vehicle is ready to be picked up Friday, 400miles into my trip he called back and said it will be ready Monday because he is missing parts. On Monday 300miles into my trip i was notified that a part of the vehicle has not been painted yet, but the vehicle will be ready Tuesday. Tuesday the vehicle is painted but the shop is still waiting on a part. The vehicle has been in the shop for over a mounth now. and on the day of pick up they are looking for parts? The front office lady Autumn advised me to cancel the insurance claim as the total will only be $3000, she failed to mention that thats the price before they tore the vehicle apart. Total price is over $9000. Very poor communication, i wish 0 stars was an option. read more

Legitimately horrendous company. Went to the Toyota Service Center on the 20th with a broken ac. Walked inside and asked to make an appointment. The employee behind the desk seemed like someone ate his lunch the way he was a little snappy. After telling us that he wouldn't have an opening until the 22nd we said great we're here until the 24th. After waiting for him to stare at a computer screen for about 10 minutes he looks back up and says "okay we can do an appointment at 8 on the 23rd". 23rd. Arrive on the 23rd at 8 am. Closed. Gave us confirmation that it was 8 am on the 23rd. And yet completely closed. It's relatively wild for someone to screw up at their job that incredibly horrid. Actually ridiculous. Do not ever come to make an appointment here. The customer service is poor and I can't even rate the repair since they scheduled us for a day they were never going to open. read more

ABRA earns only 1 star and that's being generous. ABRA is unprofessional and unresponsive. I bought my Toyota Tundra at Durango Motors, I have it serviced there and I spent significant money on a suspension upgrade and other accessories at DGO - all received 5 star reviews. ABRA gets one star as they would not write an estimate for a minor repair. To make matters worse the Body Shop manager and another manager at Durango Motors gave me the run around when I called to voice a complaint. They became very defensive - again unprofessional. read more

Ran into a deer breaking my headlight and front quarter panel. Abra estimated cost of repair to be $1577. Took car in. They striped all the trim around my windshield. Took trim off roof, removed passenger side window. None of these items were hit by the deer and upped their estimate to $4300. What the h e double toothpicks. The repair now included every scratch and bump ever made to my car. Now insurance has totaled my car. Picked up car. Pounded out dents and put back together. I will never go there again read more

Avoid this shop! A year later and I'm more disappointed and upset with the work done by ABRA than I was when I picked my car up. At the time of picking up my car I immediately brought the color mismatch of the repair to Dustin Burns attention. Rather than address the issue he pushed off my concerns as lighting and the color difference due to the different materials - plastic front to metal quarter-panel, etc. I expressed my displeasure but was made to feel like it did t matter and that I was wrong. I shared photos with my insurance company and they assured me they would take it up with ABRA. I was assured that I would be contacted to make it right. Didn't happen. A year later and the first thing that people comment on regarding a 2020 auto is that the doors are different colors, and that the car is different colors. I still wonder if ABRA used the wrong color or just poor quality painting. Avoid this shop! Whole experience was miserable. To make matters worse the body shop is part of Durango Motor Company where I purchased the car new 1 year before the repair. Tainted the entire experience with Durango Motor Company. Neither will get my business in the future. read more

I loved my experience with ABRA. I have been to another body shop in town and their communication was HORRIBLE. Jessica at ABRA auto body was regularly contacting me letting me to know the progress and kept me in the loop. Communication here is amazing. After I got my quote, Brian worked with me and did a whole walk through and heard me out about details on the repairs and how we could make the repairs as affordable to me as possible. I really appreciated the work that was done as well! Even parts I did not find were necessary to replace, they were able to fix and looked good as new! While traveling in Colorado I hit a deer. Worried that my car might have serious damage I called ABRA Auto Body and asked if I could possibly bring it by to have the check it out. They were SO NICE on the phone and told me to stop by at my convenience and they would take a look. The manager came out and gave my car a very thorough once over and said I had the all clear to make the long trek home to Missouri. They did this all for NO CHARGE. I can be considered somewhat of a difficult client due to my slightly picky personality. While away on vacation my daughter pulled into the garage and damaged my rear passenger door. I researched and found ABRA online so I figured lets give it a shot. Everyone was very friendly and I chose to replace the entire door. My car took alot longer than I imagined due to wrong parts being sent a few times which I'm not faulting them. OK fast forward, the door looked brand new... well it was however I noticed a chip out of the paint on the rear bumper that wasn't there initially. I immediately notified them and they jumped on it quick fast my car was repaired like new the next day. I took the car home and noticed another scrape on the front of the bumper which.... literally I drove the car home and parked it in my garage. I brought this to their attention and they also repaired it...well over all I have to say I was a pain in the ass but I wanted my car the way it was when I first brought it in minus the door and they delivered and completely repaired the issues I had and although I knew they wanted me the hell out of there they repaired it with a smile. read more

We hit a deer with our car. Insurance sent us to ABRA. Being diligent stewards of our own money, we went to another auto body repair place. The tech at ABRA gave us an estimate of $700. He said for liability reasons he could not lift the hood. WHAT????? We knew there was further damage to the headlights and inside the hood. The other auto body shop did a thorough estimate which was significantly higher than ABRA. What happens is that ABRA gets the job because they are low bid, but then they start adding on the additional costs to repair the car and send the extra costs to insurance. They were going to repair the plastic bumper at $60 an hour and paint over any existing paint chips. The other shop will replace the entire bumper for a fraction of ABRA's hourly cost. I end up with a new bumper and no painted over paint chips. When I complained to our insurance company they OK'd us taking our car to our choice of body shops. We've now spoken with a couple of other body shops. They know that ABRA operates this way to get the jobs via low bid. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Get several bids before agreeing to let any company do the job. Then insist your insurance company knows what's happening. THIS IS WRONG OF ABRA!!! read more
