This didn't seem like it would be an issue, as the customer service lady was very helpful and she read back the details of the new location, and everything seemed fine. The day of the service, they ended up canceling the appointment, without much of an explanation, if any. They did, however, put it on their website that WE canceled go no reason, even though THEY were the ones who canceled. We rescheduled, and they actually showed up for the appointment. Unfortunately, after the tech had removed the mirror, they then told my wife that they couldn't finish, because it might rain (it didn't). I rescheduled, yet again. On the day of the new appointment, I patiently waited, and they didn't show up. When I called, the rep on the phone said she was unable to contact either the local store OR the tech. She then advised that she emailed the store. They then called my wife and stated that they would be here in 30 minutes or so. A half hour later, they called her again and asked if we'd be home in another two and a half hours. She said that we would. An hour later, they called her again and said that it would be after 6:00 pm. It is now almost 4:30 pm. I guess we'll see what happens next.

On Monday 300miles into my trip i was notified that a part of the vehicle has not been painted yet, but the vehicle will be ready Tuesday. Tuesday the vehicle is painted but the shop is still waiting on a part. The vehicle has been in the shop for over a mounth now. and on the day of pick up they are looking for parts? The front office lady Autumn advised me to cancel the insurance claim as the total will only be $3000, she failed to mention that thats the price before they tore the vehicle apart. Total price is over $9000. Very poor communication, i wish 0 stars was an option.
