I was referred to Larry at Epic Glass Repair and he was out to the Durango Ranch RV Resort and had my windshield repaired the same day I called and a I was surprised at the low pricing. So just a few days ago we were traveling to Pagosa Springs CO. and I got 3 rock chips in my windshield of our Prevost Bus RV but this time I knew exactly who to call. I didn't even ask him for a price I just said when can you do the repairs. I am that confident in his pricing and his quality workmanship. I talked to Larry Epic Glass Repair on Saturday and Larry told me he would come out to Pagosa Spring on Monday and do the repairs for me right at our RV site at Wolf Creek Run Motorcoach. After traveling through New Mexico for a few weeks we had a check engine light come on which ended up being a code that needed to be addressed immediately. We called a number of shops to try to see if anyone could squeeze us in. Not only are most shops not able to work on Sprinters, the ones that can couldn't take us for a few weeks. After a recommendation from a friend we called Animas and they were able to take us in that day. As soon as we met the guys at the shop we knew we were in the right place for a big job. They even let us see the van while she was in surgery. After this repair we've hit a few more bumps and Dana is always available to help us. He is so knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us find reputable shops along our path. We're now in Washington State and he's still helping us problem solve issues. As Dana says, once a customer you're always a customer and we couldn't appreciate him more.

After coming back from the Silverton train ride around 230pm on a Friday, I tried to start my car and it just wouldn't give. After calling around all the local shops, everyone basically told me nothing is open on weekends and they were booked till earliest mid week of the following week. When I called Durango Car Care, I told them my situation and they told me they'd try and look at it if I got there before they close but no guarantees they would be able to fix it on time. AAA came around 4pm and got me to the shop around 430pm. The guys stopped what they were working on and tried to troubleshoot my car. After about 15 minutes, they got it working again!!! They didn't have to do any of that! This literally brought my faith back in humanity! The kindest guys and angels to me that day!! I am so so thankful to them and my AAA guy Daylon. Some wanted my insurance info etc. It was only a plastic bumper and some trim pieces...nothing huge. I bought the parts myself and brought them to Fender Menders. They needed to paint the bumper to match and when it was painted, I brought the car in and the repair was done in 1.5 hours ! It looks as good as new, and the price was very reasonable. The shop is run by a father and son team. Great guys, and I couldn't recommend them higher.
