Installation was quick, efficient, and well done. The new oven works perfectly and looks good. I can't speak as to whether their prices are great values (maybe just market average unless something is on sale), but the service and installation were top notch. I'd recommend them just for the installers alone--way better than the last time we got an oven from someone else.

Instead of trying to sell us anything, they put a repairman, Curtis, on the phone. After what I told him about the refrigerator, he diagnosed it and told me he'd order the part and have it installed in a couple of days. Their service, kindness, and professionalism was impeccable. The refrigerator is humming along for about 7% of what I would have paid for a new refrigerator. If you live in the Mount Vernon, Ohio and surrounding area, and you need a repairman, or a second opinion, come to Herald's. They'll treat you right.

I called Bennet's in Orrville Ohio where I purchased it and they said we would have to get with warranty company. I called warranty company. I had a hard time understanding the person from another country. They wanted to send out a local repair place that has 1 star rating. From what I read I definitely did not want him to come out to look at our refrigerator. I called Bennet's back to see if I could just pay their repair technician to come out and look at it. They said they don't have repair technicians anymore. Had I know this, I definitely would not have purchased my refrigerator there. Buyer beware Bennet's in Orrville Ohio does not repair the products that they sell. I spent over 2000.00 and I am very disappointed in Bennet's costumer service.

She hired the handyman they use to install the appropriate electric and install the unit in the window. She called me stating the unit was damaged. My husband went to look at it, called them and sent pictures of the damage. The front cover wouldn't even close and he used duct tape to keep it in tact. The handyman called my husband back and said he would come back and look at it. He never showed. I called the store and they never offered to replace the unit. Instead simply stated "well it's working". I explained that my sister paid good money for a new conditioner and it should be in new condition and not damaged. The girl just wanted to argue with me. I told her I didn't like the way we were being treated and wanted to bring it back for a refund. I asked for the owner to call me. I never got a call back. Is this the Hometown service they pride themselves with? I think not. The 80 year old that has the issue with your mattress and 8 months later still not rectified. I suggest you take them to small claims to get your money back. How sad that they take advantage of the elderly and disabled. Unfortunately my sister passed away last week with this issue still on her mind. I've never experienced such poor customer service.

Highly Recommend this company & their technicians!!…read more We called various appliance companies in the surrounding area & ultimately decided to go with Weaver Appliance after they had BOTH the BEST RATE & quickest opening for a service call. From start to finish Technician Kyle Miller was OUTSTANDING attending to our various service call needs. Day of service, Kyle called ahead giving an ETA & arrived right on time in a Weaver marked van. Kyle was both friendly & incredibly professional during the service call attending to our extensive appliances concerns. Overall, we were VERY SATISFIED with the service provided by Technician Kyle Miller! He gave a GREAT first impression representing Weaver Appliance! We were so pleased with the service from Kyle, the technician at Weaver Appliance, that we decided to visit the showroom to explore potential replacement appliances. The Weaver Appliance showroom in Dover was a great resource as it was incredibly helpful to actually put hands on & see so many appliances at one time. The showroom stock along with knowledge from Wenny Denman really helped my husband & I compare & contrast products to determine what features & finishes to select. Prices were incredibly competitive & both products were backed with a 1-year Manufacture Warranty serviced by Weaver. After comparing prices with other retailer like Lowes, Menards, & even Sam's Club we still found Weaver to give the best bang for the buck including installation and haul away. We paid for the appliances on a Thursday & new appliances were installed in our kitchen by Monday. Talk about quick service! When installation day came for our new appliances, we knew we were in good hands as we were once again greeted by technican Kyle Miller! This time he was also joined by Jarrod Haswell who was just as good & also provided high quality service. Overall, we were VERY SATISFIED with the services provided by all aspects of Weaver Appliances!
