My clothes now dry faster and the lint screen go into the dryer the way it should. The fill hoses screen needed to be cleaned or replaced and now water is coming into the washer as it should. After what I told him about the refrigerator, he diagnosed it and told me he'd order the part and have it installed in a couple of days. Their service, kindness, and professionalism was impeccable. The refrigerator is humming along for about 7% of what I would have paid for a new refrigerator. Any questions or concerns I had went through a 3rd party vender, not Grove appliance. I didn't find this out until I questioned the "service" department at Grove appliance. The parts were ordered by the technician but I didn't know what they were, I wasn't told. The parts I found out later were being delivered to my house. So I didn't know what to expect or inspect to see if they were ok. I would've thought the service department at Grove Appliance would've handled it all. Then there were all the texts from 3rd party vender,then Grove Appliance, then a survey, then another survey. Things did not have to be that complicated. Really THEY DON'T. So to sum it up. The service guy was GREAT. The process is crazy.
