I called Bennet's in Orrville Ohio where I purchased it and they said we would have to get with warranty company. I called warranty company. I had a hard time understanding the person from another country. They wanted to send out a local repair place that has 1 star rating. From what I read I definitely did not want him to come out to look at our refrigerator. I called Bennet's back to see if I could just pay their repair technician to come out and look at it. They said they don't have repair technicians anymore. Had I know this, I definitely would not have purchased my refrigerator there. Buyer beware Bennet's in Orrville Ohio does not repair the products that they sell. I spent over 2000.00 and I am very disappointed in Bennet's costumer service.

She hired the handyman they use to install the appropriate electric and install the unit in the window. She called me stating the unit was damaged. My husband went to look at it, called them and sent pictures of the damage. The front cover wouldn't even close and he used duct tape to keep it in tact. The handyman called my husband back and said he would come back and look at it. He never showed. I called the store and they never offered to replace the unit. Instead simply stated "well it's working". I explained that my sister paid good money for a new conditioner and it should be in new condition and not damaged. The girl just wanted to argue with me. I told her I didn't like the way we were being treated and wanted to bring it back for a refund. I asked for the owner to call me. I never got a call back. Is this the Hometown service they pride themselves with? I think not. The 80 year old that has the issue with your mattress and 8 months later still not rectified. I suggest you take them to small claims to get your money back. How sad that they take advantage of the elderly and disabled. Unfortunately my sister passed away last week with this issue still on her mind. I've never experienced such poor customer service.

    If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the worst service experiences I…read morehave ever had. We have been dealing with an ongoing issue where our dishwasher will not complete its cycle. Mr. Hart was sent out multiple times to fix the problem, yet instead of resolving it, he repeatedly dismissed our concerns. He claimed it was "user error" or blamed our plumbing. We took the time and expense to address every issue he pointed out, and the dishwasher still did not work properly. Despite this, he refused to listen and continued to deflect responsibility. During his last visit, his behavior was completely unprofessional. He waved his finger in my face, spoke in a condescending tone, and would not allow me to fully explain the issue. When I asked to speak with a manager, he responded, "Good luck, I am the owner." Rather than focusing on diagnosing or fixing the dishwasher, he argued about scheduling. When I finally asked what he was actually going to do to resolve the problem, he said I was being difficult and he left. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected by a service provider. Not only was our issue never fixed, but we were treated with arrogance and hostility. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company -- based on our experience, I would never recommend them

Said he would call Frigidaire. Called us back and said Frigidaire said that it was normal for the door to drift down. We called Frigidaire back to see what could be done. They said Mr. Hart was told by the master technician to replace the hinges with new ones. So they are sending out someone trustworthy to fix our freezer. Shame on you Mr. Hart!! He cannot be trusted. Would not recommend!
