Regretfully, I must share with you an experience that I hope no customer would have to endure. I'm…read moreposting this to warn others in regards to this owner and company. My wife and I recently scheduled a carpet cleaning service for 10AM with the owner Tony. At 12:58PM, he called me to tell me he would be running late. I did not see the call, as I was in my yard working on another project, but returned the call at 1:15. He didn't apologize for being late and told me he was running late on another job and I should expect him by 2:30. I told him that I had to pick up my wife's car at the shop and could he come at 2:45 instead. He rudely suggested by his tone that I was negatively impacting his schedule and I would have to be home. I hesitantly agreed and moved without haste to the dealership. While driving home, his representative called and said they would be late again, now @3:00pm. When they arrived, I showed them the areas to be cleaned, which included the family room. There were a few chairs and two coffee tables that had to be moved. His representative asked me if I wanted just the traffic areas to be cleaned and I informed him that Tony ( The owner ) had agreed that his people would move the items before cleaning. I went on to inquire as to whether they had plastic to place under the sofa legs to prevent the stain from bleeding onto the carpet. He said he didn't have any more supplies and asked me if I had Tin foil. I suggested that I call the owner and clarify the job. So, I phone the owner. He and I spoke on speaker in front of his representative about moving the furniture items. He confirmed to the rep that we had agreed on this matter. As to the plastic or styrofoam blocks to protect the carpet from staining, he then asked his worker if he had any plastic. The worker replied I used it all on the last job. He said I'll take care of it to the worker. He then spoke to me asking me if I had any supplies for their job. I then said, I hired your company with the expectation that you would show up with the necessary materials to complete the job. It was at this moment that his demeanor change. He said, "Do you want me to do the job or not!". I told him that he was being unprofessional and at this point his people could leave. At this moment, I never expected to hear what happened next. Tony (The owner), exploded into a profanity laced tirade which opened with: F**K You A**h*le!, along with a myriad of other horrible, violent words pouring out of the receiver. I immediately hung up the call. His female representative was horrified and said she was very sorry for me having to endure that abuse. She said no customer should ever have to go through that. I told her I appreciate her kindness and his people left shortly after this exchange. I write this in the hope that no other potential customer has to go through this experience.
