I had Integrity move a 1250lb safe for me today and they did an amazing job! It had to go down two flights of stairs with a somewhat narrow landing in the middle. They used Masonite to protect everything and there was no damage done. They even had to build a step extension to get the safe down the second flight!! As with so many others here, Trevel and this company will not make good on their word and then will not respond. We had them come to move a safe for us. They stated on booking they could move it up the stairs no problem. Once arriving at our new place (hours late without any communication), they were unable to get it upstairs and said they needed to build something to help. They left our safe downstairs and said they'd contact us that week. Over a month went by with absolutely No contact at all, wouldn't answer phone calls, texts or emails. Finally they came to move it upstairs (again, hours late without responding to messages). While moving it, they caused extensive damage to our walls. He told us he would repair it and file an insurance claim. I have been trying to get ahold of them for over 2 months to have them fix what they did. They do not respond at all to emails, texts, phone calls etc.Do not do business with them, I promise you will regret it. read more

We are unpacking using another company and finding so much of our stuff ruined by being wrapped in packing tape -- rolls and rolls of it! Stuff was thrown into our pods in a chaotic mess! They charged us over $5000 and had people doing the work who have zero experience packing. They are nice people. But this is not the right line of business for them. They charged us the same hourly rate when they just had 1 person (probably 50% of the time) vs 3-4 people. They were recommended to us by Pods storage team. The mover delayed the move 3 times, picked up the item on Wednesday 22nd, said it would be delivered that day and it was not. They delivered it to my mom on the 23rd and delivered it damaged!! This is a brand new 1000.00 patio table!! There was no damage from the manufacturer Steel Advantage. You can see on in the attached pic the horrible damage his people did to the table!!!I spoke to Sam there!! I went back and forth with Trevel and said we would work something out and never did. I had a quote for a safe to move. Integrity was an hour and a half late and then charged me for an addition 1/2 hour of work. I gave integrity the opportunity to correct and all they told me was he made a typo on the bid and sorry. Integrity being so late and we having to wait all after noon on them caused us to have to rent our uhaul one mare day adding to the cost of a safe move. Integrity has a definition. Called and spoke with Trevel about having a safe moved the next day. Advised to go onto the website to sign up. Had to contact him again to see if it went thru to website due to blank page after hitting enter. Never saw myself on the schedule before I went to bed. Woke the next morning to an email want 60 dollars to confirm. I was on the schedule for 1130 am so paid the 60 dollars. Around noon started trying to contact them due to no one showing. Finally got response that they were on their way. Around 430 finally got a hold of them to find out where they were. Leaving Glendale should be there soon. No show again and I tried leaving messages and text with no response. Awoke the next morning with no response still. I texted and mentioned I would guess we were first on the list for business that day and 2 hours later still no response. Called at 0830 that second morning and Trevel answered. Said they were fueling in Tempe and be there within the hour. No show. Call and text again around 0930 after no show. Their answer was I was the wrong customer and they were waiting on another worker that should be there and they would be there soon. At 1100 I sent one last text and said if they were not there bu 1200 I would like my money returned. No response. 1151 the truck shows up. The workers did their job and I had no complaints with them. I asked about getting a discount for waiting for over a day past my scheduled time. The worker got a hold of Trevel and I asked about the cash pay discount and. He said it was already there. The price quoted was the same as the website without the cash discount. We decided to pay by card and he quoted me 5% more for CC. After letting him know how poor his communication and service was he decides to wave the 5% CC fee. All I heard from him was excuses as to why he couldn't contact me or make it out when scheduled. No sorry no nothing. The workers were fine but I would not use this company again. There are others that do the same job. read more

I tried to book them based on all the wonderful reviews for a similarly named business I had reviewed earlier by mistake. I spoke to the owner on the phone who said he could accommodate my request and to fill out the online form. I receieved an email the following day with my paperwork and invoice for deposit. Some details in the paperwork were not correct. I attempted to have them corrected and texted the owner back as well as emailed him about it. I never heard back. I needed something moved. And me and the owner had discussed price and date for expected services. We found a time when we both were available and he was suppose to show up between 8-9 am. This was totally OK with me. So far, so good.. then things went out of hand. The following is a timeline what happened the very day of the move. 06:53am - Email from Owner - "I just realized you didn't provide your addresses, can you send me your addresses for this mornings move?" 07:39am - I reply to email with address and phone number. 09:12am - I text to inquire if they are having issues finding my house. 09:17am - Owner says that he will call me when he is en route. 10:35am - Owner states he is en route and about 20 minutes away. 11:20am - The movers arrive. See the actually move, I have no complains about. It was good and professional. But to run a business that rely on its own rumor, then one cannot show up 2 hours and 20 minutes late. It should just never happen. Mark also that never did I receive a call, or notification that they were going to be late. At 09:17 I just realize that they have not left from wherever they were about to leave. At this time they are already late and on my time. unacceptable. This is the second time I have used their service. The first time was good, but this time they damaged my couch. I sent the pictures of the damaged couch to the owner, and he said they would pay for it based on weight, and I would get about $120, which is far inadequate but I said OK. After many emails and 4 months later, he stopped replied to my email. His last email stated that my check would be mailed out that week. Extremely disappointed. The service was absolutely horrible! The movers went to the wrong address even though we had specifically given our address. They did not bring the correct equipment to put the safe downstairs where we wanted it when the paperwork clearly indicated that it was to go downstairs. They then tried to charge us an additional fee for wanting to pay with a credit card when there was absolutely nothing in any of the paperwork or email communications about a fee to pay with credit card. In fact, everything we had said NO HIDDEN FEES! We then tried to pay with a check but they wouldn't accept that either so we had to drive to the bank to get cash to pay them. They said I signed off after drop off but they did not stick around for inventory. Big items such as furniture great. Small items pictures blankets pillows missing broken items also. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. We hired the company in March of this year to help with the move. They were 2 hours late and then took multiple breaks that we were charged for. They also broke our furniture and it has been 9 months and we are still waiting to have it repaired. I have filed a complaint with BBB and Trevel Randolph (the owner) never replied. Then I filed a complaint with AZ Attorney General office and they went months without acknowledgment of their requests. They were finally able to get him to respond and after continuous back and forth emailing, he finally refunded part of the overcharge and still refusing to fix the furniture. I am filing a suit to make sure the owner understand that there are consequences to such horrible customer service. I have given him many opportunities to comply and he has chosen not to. 2 guys showed up and seemed nice. They had the wrong size truck so gave me free furniture wrap. They damaged two wooded stars in the new house with the furniture hitting it. After they left my wedding ring and mothers stone ring were gone. I did not have the pack up the bathrooms at all but they were in there. The company holds no insurance and although the boss admitted they probably did it, nothing will get done for me including no refund. Yes I called police. Home owners insurance will also not cover it. My 5k ring won't be seen again. read more

Horrible experience. Movers showed up 2 hours late, constantly complained about the stairs, size of the furniture, their boss, etc - basically about everything they could. Moved painfully slow, I ended up carrying most boxes and items to the base of the truck tor try and speed up their pace. In addition, they severely damaged nearly every single piece of furniture they touched. When asking about repairing the furniture and drywall damage, they said they will only touch up paint on furniture if the paint is provided and would not repair the pieces or the drywall damage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a moving company. Due to their incredibly slow pace, they end up costing more than the reputable companies that quote higher upfront costs. read more

I would have given them zero stars if I could. We hired them to move our household 180 miles. We had completed at least 98% of the packing before they came. We had requested they special pack our fishing rods and deer mounts. They did not do that, just tossed them on the floor of the truck. What they did pack was done horribly. Many items arrived damaged. They were very late arriving to our new home. Turns out they were late because they were broken down at the side of the road due to the trailer that had been jerry rigged to a truck had come off on the expressway. They hauled several items in a OPEN trailer. It was when we unpacked that they did not take any care with our belongings. They didn't even pack some items causing us to have to go back to our house to retrieve them. At which time we found that they had trashed the house we were in the process of selling. Garbage left all over; toilet not flushed; bathroom floor was black from who knows what they had on their shoes. Have tried to resolve this with the owner who does NOT respond back. We have reported them to the BBB. Worst movers we've ever had. In the past eight years we've had two long distance (greater than 1500 miles) moves and those went off without a hitch. I will NEVER use this company again!! They were about 1.5 hours late and blamed it all on traffic, I understand a little late because of traffic, but 1.5 hours late...come on. We used them to move a 800lb item. Upon moving it into our new home, they scratched our wood floor badly(and never repaired it). Payment was previous arranged and $30 of that payment was included to bolt the item down to the floor. They didn't have the proper tools with them and said they would come back the next day. They didn't show. We spoke with the owner the next morning who said he was on his way, but never showed up. We requested only the $30 of the payment back, but was not reimbursed. Absolutely awful experience. I would not recommend this company. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. read more

Said he was a charity for battered woman so we donated many things of serious value, but not sure where it went. In our opinion if you are thinking of using them...think again! Almost a year after having About Integrity Movers move our home and cause over $700 in damages, we are still waiting for repair/replacement costs. After countless times being promised by the owner that he would return or fix our furniture and even a court siding in our favor, About Integrity Movers has still not rectified this situation. I would not ever use this company or recommend them to anyone, which is sad, because they movers themselves were wonderful, it was the owner and his lack of integrity and follow through that left us feeling so very disappointed and unsatisfied. He does NOT exude or practice: Honor, Good Character, Ethics and MOST IMPORTANT, TRUSTWORTHY. Honor the 8th Commandment. Trevel did a "walk through" and supposedly listed all the items from one of my closets. How surprising is it that the ONE ITEM he DID NOT list, never made it to my home and that item was valued at $2,000.00. Trevel refuses to take care of business on this matter. I have filed a police report and contacted the Better Business Bureau and taking more action. The movers damaged many of my quality beautiful furniture pieces. Trevel said he would return to repair the damages...He NEVER RETURNED. The trucks he uses to move the furniture are worn and not maintained. What was to take one day to move me took two full days! His trucks broke down with a tire blowout on the freeway with my valuable items inside. On the 2nd day...His ABOUT INTEGRITY truck blew a radiator! My plants suffered shock and stems were broken. The plants never survived. As for my damaged furniture he didn't resolve as he said he would. As for my missing Ping Golf Clubs and Ping Golf Bag...I haven't seen them since he moved me and he refuses to own responsibility. You won't find INTEGRITY using this company. read more

This is the second time I have used this company to move and I will continue to use them. They are extremely fast and friendly. I feel safe handing them all my most important items. I haven't seen people work so hard. Both times they have moved me in the middle of an Arizona heat wave. Yesterday was 111 degrees and humid, and they powered through my move. I couldn't have done it without them. Even better, they are probably the cheapest you can find too. There are no hidden fees, and they don't charge you when they take a break or travel time to the first location or from leaving the final destination, you only pay by the hour and for the truck (24ft and 2 men).
