I was recently referred to Andy of ADM Services & Renovations. Being new to Georgia and buying a home that was flooded with needed repair, I was blessed to be referred to this company. Before ADM I had 5 other roofing companies and 2 adjusters who wanted to do temporary repairs to trying to make unnecessary repairs. The quotes ranged from $3000-15,000 along with an adjuster that quoted 0 dollars for roof repairs. Andy and his amazing crew came in and first of all repaired my roof and also repaired the interior damage for less than my deductible. I felt so comfortable with them being in my home. ABM just replaced our roof this week. They arrived early in the morning, worked through lunch and finished up by evening. Ours was a problem child because its on a 1920's home and had the original slat decking. Over time, we developed several leaks. So Andy's team had to come in and redeck and reroof - both, again, done within a day. This is the 3rd roof (on different structures) that Andy has done for us. He does such a good job - we didn't even take bids. They do a great clean up job and shock of shocks - shows up when he tells you he will. Our lake house, at Jackson Lake GA, had storm damage that included 2 trees falling on our property. 1 tree fell on the roof of the master bedroom and 1 tree fell on the deck. Home repairs included interior/exterior damage above the master bedroom, a new roof, repair deck, replace screens, replace gutters, tree removal & roof of dock. I called ABM Services & Renovations at 5 pm and they met me at 8AM the following morning to clear the tree off of the house & remove it from the property. I'm so thankful that ABM was referred to me. I was so frustrated after getting at least 5 estimates and having 2 Insurance adjusters coming in and out of my home. I felt I couldn't trust anyone.
