Once I told them that I was ready to go, I had to wait another month before they finally told me that it would cost me another $100 to get them out there to verify the original bid, and they had no documentation of the bid other than some scribbled notes from the first visit. Go elsewhere. These folks aren't worth your time or money.

Matt Kenahan visited with us in our home at our convenience within a few days of submitting an online request and was ver present to coordinate all the communication and keep us well informed. Having lost major trees that did cover to roof in May 2024, the satellite views that were available were inaccurate and that made the design more of a challenge. We also had to get a new roof installed prior to start of the solar project. Having multiple surfaces due to our hipped roof allowed us to place 35 panels albeit on 6 surfaces of the roof. However, Matt got Burton Fowles working on designing and running all the reports needed for Oncor and how much energy could be expected with the placement on the roof. Once the panels arrived, it was all hands on deck. Dominic Fierro and Ryker Simmons were on the roof and in the attic installing cables, panels railing and footing and panels over multiple days, while Frank Smith the electrician was working parallel to install the power boxes and the associated connections to make it all work with Oncor. Then Pierson McKee comes to visit to assure our satisfaction and work with us on the apps available to monitor the system and deliver a goodie bag. I feel like all the people involved really care about the job they did for us and they aren't just in a hurry to get finished but rather quality work is the objective. Is is not lost on me that we are at the outer range of "local" in Bell County and they were all here and working when they said they would be. My NEW frig was OUT! Breaker had flipped again. This happened with the old one. Newer house, just 5…read moreyrs old. I had checked the outlet when the new frig came in, it was good. New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN!
