Great company so honest. I had two plumbers in before them for a clogged drain First plumber…read moresaid he snaked the line and I needed a new toilet (the toilet is 6 years old - super flush). Next A. J. Perri comes out because drain is clogged. That person said probably a bird or animal clogged the vent on the roof. He left - never even tried to clear the drain. He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Perri - use Advanced - a family-owned business that cares about its reputation and work - It does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

He gave me a quote to open a cometely clogged sink drain and we set up a same day time slot. It wound up that he finished a previous job earlier than expected and offered to come earlier. Of course I took the offer. Upon meeting Rob G in person, he was very cordial, clean, professional and took care of my clogged sink drain in less than 30 minutes. He made sure the drain was clear and fully operational and offered to call him back as a guarantee should there be any issue afterwards. Price was as quoted - NO bait and switch. I found Rob G to be very respectful, honest, and cares about his business/profession/work. You will see this from interacting with him but the proof is in his truck with how meticulously organized and clean it was. I am very happy to have hired him for the job and I highly recommend Urgent Drain for you DRAIN needs as this is their specialty.

That said, the clog in my kitchen drain unfortunately wasn't resolved, and the issue slightly worsened after the service. I did pay for the visit, understanding that it was a tough job. While the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for, I acknowledge that drain issues can be complex and not always straightforward. Thank you for your time and effort.

I called about a leak and the…read morewoman who answered took my name and number and said she would send it to the technician and he would call me, but I never got a phone call. Apparently, the only thing that got their attention was the negative review I left on Google. A got a response and was asked to call them, which I did. I called 3 times and they didn't answer...then someone calls back and transferred me to the "owner". He admits that there was a problem with communication and the tech never got my message. But he seems annoyed that I left a negative review and implies that I'm being unreasonable because he saw my history of reviews on Google and I have "high expectations". I am a customer and the customer is the reason why businesses thrive so to imply that a customer shouldn't have high expectations when you advertise "quality" service and the customer is paying their hard earned money is absurd. The alleged owner apologized in a very sarcastic tone and even questioned why I would leave multiple negative reviews. Seriously? His company dropped the ball and left me high and dry during an emergency situation and they were expecting praises? The nerve! Part of being a business owner means you have to own your mistakes instead of guilt tripping the customer into thinking they are unreasonable. I didn't even have to call them back to report my experience. I thought I was doing them a favor, but to add insult to injury to the owner had the nerve to be cynical and condescending. Everything I said in my negative review was TRUE. He could not dispute the facts, yet he's annoyed with my review when his company engaged in poor service. How is that my fault? All I tried to do was give them my business. I stand by my statement that the one star review was well deserved. After talking to the inconsiderate owner though, zero stars is more appropriate.
