Throughout my entire home buying process Drew was generous with his time and expertise, literally every step of the way. His bio mentions that his approach is rooted in education, and that really came through in my experience. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and why, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. His advice was thoughtful and tailored to my situation, never generic or salesy. He knew I already had a lender but he was still willing to give him time and advice with no strings attached. He also connected me with a homeowners insurance agent who ended up getting me a much better policy than what I was originally planning to sign up for. That referral alone made a huge difference. Drew is the kind of person you want in your corner when you're navigating the home buying process. Knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping people. I truly can't recommend him highly enough.

I contacted Jodi Ryder, I told her my girlfriend situation, within one day she gave us options regarding a second loan on my girlfriend house. Jodi was honest and she explain the process. Than, Ashely Gollick took over the process, and she walked me thru the process of what we needed to submit. At that time, my girlfriend credit was jumping from 690 to 715. After getting the second loan, paying all debts her credit scored jumped to 755 within one month (June 2024). Ashley set up everything to make the process smooth, painless, and always ready to answer questions. Loan closed May 28, 2024 and my girls had her loan money in the bank within 3 days. (See credit score screenshot) Jodi and Ashley have always told me that they do their best to close loans in one month, and they have been correct. Jodi and Ashley helped me back in 2012 to reduced my VA loan from a 5 or 6 % to 3.5% and everything was completed in one month. 2014, Jodi and Ashley helped me refinance cash out on my house and lower my interest rate to 3.25% and processed completed in one month. Additionally, back in 2022 my girlfriend lower her interest and did a cash out refinance on her house and she has a 2.5%, all in one month. Jodi and Ashley, and the entire team go beyond their work, honest personnel, and ready to answer any questions. My girlfriend has been very pleased with their work, and helping her relieve stress from making financial decisions. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars to Ryder Mortgage Group.     This Location has by far is the sloppiest customer service at any US Bank I've been to. So I hope…read moreone reading this does not mistake this as a US Bank review because I very much like and still have US Bank. Verinconsistent on enforcing their policies and do not go out of their way to try to retain your business. For example, my wife and I are on the same account. She tried to cash a $2500 check issued to her. She only had her DL with her that day. She could not because she didn't have the appropriate two forms of ID. My wife is on the primary account. A drivers license or social security number is all that you need. There are security questions established for a reason. I walked in the next day and with just my bank card The same exact teller cashed the check for me. A little inconsistent. Another example of poor and inconsistent customer service. My business account have a long series of overdraft and extended overdraft fees. Explaining to the teller that I was in difficult times and was probably going to have to close my personal account unless she could reverse one of the two fees just to help me get it back to a zero balance so that I could keep my business account. Today I had a overdraft returned item fee of $36 that took the remaining balance of my account. This Friday is payday so I needed that $36 to give me by. I talk to the branch manager and pleaded for her help to reverse the fee. I got put on hold for 10 minutes to be told that there was nothing that they could do. No exceptions can be made unless it was a bank error. That very well could be the formal policy for returning banking fees.However having had branch managers provide me return fee services for the sake of good business she made U.S. Bank look bad and inconsistent. These are just a few of several bad customer service examples.
