I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are. Don't ask me how it took 5.5 hours for him to communicate that he could not make the appointment despite the multiple email confirmations I received from his business. I frequently visit this Navy Federal Credit Union because of the short lines and pleasant…read moreemployees. Every branch I've been to is always clean and tidy. I guess it depends on what day and time you go, but I learned long ago to avoid coming on paydays, lol. The lines can be horrendous, but if you can do your banking online or through the app, you'll save time and gas. Each time I have come here, I have always been greeted by the person sitting behind the desk at the front entrance. I've never encountered a rude employee. My transactions with the tellers have all been great. They are knowledgeable and speedy, getting people through the line quickly (if there is one). They offer services like any other bank, but their credit card interest rates are significantly lower than most others, which is always nice. I came the last two days in a row to handle some things with my accounts. I have been a member for years. I would like to give a huge shout out to Michelle, who helped me both days. She was very patient, kind, informative, and did not try to upsell anything on me. I always appreciate that. On my second visit, she even stayed a bit late past their 5:30 closing time to make sure I was satisfied and did not rush me out the door. Now THAT is stellar service!!
