Than, Ashely Gollick took over the process, and she walked me thru the process of what we needed to submit. At that time, my girlfriend credit was jumping from 690 to 715. After getting the second loan, paying all debts her credit scored jumped to 755 within one month (June 2024). Ashley set up everything to make the process smooth, painless, and always ready to answer questions. Loan closed May 28, 2024 and my girls had her loan money in the bank within 3 days. (See credit score screenshot) Jodi and Ashley have always told me that they do their best to close loans in one month, and they have been correct. I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are. Simple things like stocking the ATM with money over holidays seems to be a problem. Vehicle loan rates aren't even close to competitive. I attempted to finance a used vehicle loan with them. Their offer was 2.5% higher than other credit unions. Thats huge! Schools First Credit Union, San Diego County Credit Union and LBS Financial all came in with offers at least 2% lower. I guess it depends on what day and time you go, but I learned long ago to avoid coming on paydays, lol. The lines can be horrendous, but if you can do your banking online or through the app, you'll save time and gas. Each time I have come here, I have always been greeted by the person sitting behind the desk at the front entrance. I've never encountered a rude employee. My transactions with the tellers have all been great. They are knowledgeable and speedy, getting people through the line quickly (if there is one). They offer services like any other bank, but their credit card interest rates are significantly lower than most others, which is always nice. I came the last two days in a row to handle some things with my accounts. I have been a member for years. I would like to give a huge shout out to Michelle, who helped me both days. She was very patient, kind, informative, and did not try to upsell anything on me. I always appreciate that. On my second visit, she even stayed a bit late past their 5:30 closing time to make sure I was satisfied and did not rush me out the door. Now THAT is stellar service!!
