I reached out to Team Forss to see if selling the house would be worth it since the reverse mortgage loan was so high. Ultimately we chose not to sell because we didn't have a lot of breathing room with the reverse mortgage being so much. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and if I or a family member ever need to sell a house she's the first one I'm reaching out to.

Title: Disappointing Brokerage Oversight and Execution…read moreRating: 1 / 5 Stars Our family worked with Team Forss Realty Group in Temecula on a complex, multi-transaction moving plan involving an off-market sell-side buyer and contingent replacement purchases, representing several million dollars in total potential volume. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of professional standards, culminating with a horrific experience with the Broker. * Callous Use of Personal Health to Deflect Accountability: When we formally raised concerns regarding communication failures, management improperly introduced an agent's health condition to guilt-trip us and evade accountability. Despite being fully aware that I am a two-time terminal cancer survivor making major housing decisions to simplify things and protect my family, management weaponized health struggles as a defense against us--a tactic that was deeply manipulative, insensitive, and unethical. * Lack of Managing Broker Oversight: Despite the complexity and high volume of these coordinated transactions, there was no direct oversight or communication from the Broker of Record during critical breakdowns. When we formally raised concerns regarding contradictory agent statements, management dismissed the need for broker involvement rather than addressing the operational issues. The Broker failed to personally speak to us, even when requested to do so. * Unprofessional Dispute Handling: When we formally communicated our dissatisfaction regarding service performance, management's written response relied on emotional deflections and personal attacks rather than addressing fiduciary duties, communication breakdowns, or transaction execution. While individual agents may display enthusiasm and care, our overall experience with Team Forss demonstrated a critical lack of administrative oversight, inaccurate representations regarding buyer commitment, and poor client communication when problems arose. The Broker was especially defensive and failed to address and answer any of our concerns. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Team Forss for clients requiring clear, accountable, and transparent brokerage management.

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

I cannot say enough great things about Christian!…read more We live in NorCal and needed to sell our rental property. We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days. Through the entire process, Christian was very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire time. I can't imagine how this process could have gone any better! Highly recommend!!

She wears…read moremultiple hats at home and is an excellent communicator , realtor, negotiator and the list goes on! From our very first consult this year in January Marissa put a plan in place as we wanted to put our home for sale in Fallbrook, after living in it for 2 years - we needed more space and room for our family. Marissa after putting our home live on the market and having a wonderful strategy in place - she was able to sell our home in 4 days on a rainy open house day & holiday weekend! We knew in our hearts we would've loved to live in a new community called Sommers Bend in Temecula after looking at some homes together. Marissa planned it strategically and was able to make our wants a reality with the new phase we wanted, so we can move quickly once our home was sold with a non-contingent offer. After all the patience and months of waiting at the end of August we got our keys for our new home and we've been enjoying our new community at Sommers bend with our family! This process of buying a home with a realtor vs. not having a realtor the first time is a night and day difference. I can't tell you how valuable it is to find a wonderful realtor that works hard for you and provides you peace of mind during all the real estate transactions. We've had some many questions along the way and she answered them all timely for us and provided her expert opinions along the way. We were at ease during this process as we know she had our best interest in mind. We are so glad we found Marissa.
