We just purchased a home in Temecula using Marie as our realtor. She was top notch all the way…read morethrough the process. We live out of town and work in a demanding profession so our availability and desire to see homes often last minute in the current very competitive market were not a problem for Marie. She always was able to get appointments to see the homes we wanted to see. Marie's expertise shined throughout the home buying process. When we made our offer on our home, there were already multiple offers being presented to the seller. Marie told us exactly how to structure our offer to be the winning offer, and low and behold, she was right! She offered several choices for inspectors and we were very happy with the one we chose. During inspection, the sellers had left out all of the receipts from all upgrades as well as the plans from a major addition that had been completed in 2011. To show just how thorough Marie is, she looked up the square footage of the house on the county assessors website and found that there was a discrepancy of over 700 feet! She worked with the sellers to identify why and get it corrected with the county. Within days of closing, we talked to the current pool guy who mentioned a repair that needed to be done on the pool.
