George was very patience with us and always a smile on his face as we drove around the Temecula, Murrieta area with each trip down to look at properties. George took the "lead" on the entire escrow process, which was less stress on us! He has many contacts and contractors to assist us as well. We looked past the fact that he's a Dodger fan and were still able to work well with him. We would highly recommend George as a realtor to all that are in need!

Not sure when I'll need a Realtor to buy or sell my home, but Jeff will definitely be on my list as a Realtor when I do need one.

When it comes to unprofessionalism, this realtor deserves 5 stars!…read more We understand being new to the real estate industry can be hard and it is all about image, but selling yourself as an expert is pushing it when you don't even know the area that well. (We have the feeling his was new to the area) Our home was going on the market and during our evaluation, we interviewed three realtors. Two of the three were on target with what we felt was a fair asking price. (We understand it is a buyers market and knew we were not going to get top dollar) The 3rd realtor, Mr. Jay was almost 15% lower than the other two. When we questioned the difference amongst the quotes, we were told that every realtor has a process and if we wanted our home to sit on the market, we could choose one of the other realtors. That seems like an interesting sales approach?!? Again, I understand people are new to different industries, but that does not give them the right to have a poor response when we share the news that we have chosen another realtor. I'm sorry Mr. Jay, but you will need to get much more experience and a little sales "Tact" before I believe you will be able to make it in this business.

Anthony's knowledge of Meadowview is unmatched. He didn't just pull generic comps -- he analyzed lot size, usable acreage, topography, upgrades, well/septic positioning, and how our specific location within the community impacted value. His pricing strategy was extremely strategic and data-driven, and it showed. From pre-list prep to professional marketing to negotiation, everything was handled at a high level. He positioned our property correctly from day one, generated strong interest, and negotiated confidently on our behalf. We felt protected throughout escrow and always informed. What sets Anthony apart is his authority in the Temecula market. He understands Meadowview specifically -- not just Temecula in general -- and that expertise made a measurable difference in our final outcome. If you are considering selling in Meadowview or anywhere in Temecula Wine Country, you want Anthony on your side.

They had some decent reviews and boy, am I ever glad I found these guys. Having sold another property last year with a different agent, I can honestly say that Team Bartlett made my search and purchasing of my new house a refreshingly different process. I had become so frustrated with my previous agent, that I had given up looking for a place, last year. For those of you who think that there is not much difference between realtors and that they are all the same, I am here to tell you that the exact opposite is true. Team Bartlett are absolute professionals with the experience to get the job done. I felt like they were there with me every day, every single step of the way. I never wondered what would happen next or where I stood. Most every day I would receive a personal phone call or email letting me know where we were in the process. For any of you who have gotten a mortgage post sub-prime crash, you know it is a minefield and can be quite difficult. Team Bartlett put me on to the professionals who got me my loan and closed it right on time. Because of their experience and length of time in the area, I was also put in touch with an awesome contractor, as well who performed perfectly for us. If you are looking for a North County agent who knows how to get results and has the experience you want, these guys are the real deal. This review was not approved or requested by Team Bartlett.
