He then said, "What if I go around the Tesla and find other scratches?" basically trying to justify the damage he caused. He even said he would scratch his own car if that would make me feel better. He finished putting my OLD cracked window back in, meaning I was still stuck with the same cracked window I was paying to have replaced. I asked for a manager and was told by Colton he was out and headed to Huntsville, however, the manager called me back from the same number within 5 minutes!
