Found this restaurant on yelp. Let me say this is one of my favorite breakfast spots. The service was great.!

I stopped for lunch yesterday(3/20/26) and was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. Don't get me wrong my family really enjoys their breakfast but I would pass on lunch next time. I ordered the 3 meat club sandwich with a cream of crab soup ($1 up charge). The soup was fine, it was a creamy soup base used in most cream soups. It had pieces of mushy what I suppose was crab in it. Not too bad. My club sandwich consisted of ham, turkey and roast beef with tomato, lettuce and mayo on white toast. Came out in a huge portion and filled the plate. Right away, I saw the roast beef was dark colored. That could only mean one thing- Sam's Club deli meats. I would have thought that a diner like this would have housemade turkey, ham, and roast beef but apparently not! I would actually pay more for the quality of house cooked meats. That was a bummer! Other wise my server was very attentive and friendly. The diner had a diner feel to it and was clean. Back for breakfast only next time! read more

Abi's is our group's annual stop on the way home from Ocean City. The food is consistently decent diner fare. The service is always efficient, if a bit quiet. The restaurant is a bit noisy, but we bring a lot of that with us. Parking isn't horrible, especially on Sunday when all of the other businesses are closed. We always look forward to a late breakfast at Abi's to close out the summer. read more

Been coming here off and on for years. Usually order a waffle. Always good. Today I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese. I got an overcooked cheese omelet. Brown and dry with no detectable cheese. I regret not taking a picture. I said something to the server about scrambled eggs being light and fluffy. He shrugged. I said something to the woman who took my money. She told me that's just the way they make them. And if I want them light and fluffy to ask for them "chop chop" next time. There will never be a next time. It's pretty hard to mess up eggs that bad. They were inedible. Save your money and order a scrambled egg at McDonald's. Way cheaper and always light and fluffy. So disappointed. Not just about the food but the attitude. Dismissed. Too bad. This was our first time at Abi's for breakfast and we will be a repeat customer . The special was sausage gravy over a waffle which is unique and was such a delicious combination of sweet and savory . I had the platter with eggs and pcorned beef and it was just how I liked it. We were looking for a place for breakfast in Berlin. It was off season on a Monday (when a lot of places were closed). After checking Yelp--we found out that Abi's was nearby. This is a good, solid diner with lots of breakfast choices. I had the crab omelette, and my husband had eggs and sausage. The waitress was very nice--and kept our waters and coffee filled. This place seems to have a lot of regulars who are local--so that's always a good sign! read more

This was a great breakfast place. I got eggs with scrapple. Perfect. The prices were reasonable too.

Within a minute of walking in we were greeted and seated, and with a party of 6 that isn't always what happens. A server, Nichole, was quick to come by our table, greet us, and take drink orders. It was our first time here and the food selection was amazing, there really is a bit of everything. When we ordered Nichole was great about getting down any and all modifications made and was easy to get along with. The food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Philly cheese steak and any of the many breakfast options. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through or planning on staying nearby. The food and staff were all amazing and you can't beat a classic diner feeling. read more

Robin the waitress was wonderful! The food was okay. The place was so hot. Myself and many others were sweating so I asked the "manager" to turn down the A/C. It was set at 81!! Absolutely ridiculous! So she did turn it down to 80!! The poor employees were sweating so much! They need to care about their employees and customers and make it comfortable in there and turn the A/C down to at least 74!! My guess is they don't want to pay a little bit more for the electric bill just to have happy customers! read more

There menu advertised a fresh hamburger which is cooked char broil not true it was not fresh and not char broil. It was a Sysco frozen hamburger perfectly round and no taste. To improve my experience would to honor what they say on the menu read more

First of all, the prices represented here are at least $2.00 low than the actual prices on the menu. (Kind of a pisser)..... good overall variety of items on the menu, but stuck in the price misrepresentation mode which really gets my goat..... read more

The food is good, nothing earth shattering, but good quality with nice portions. The service is also good. Everyone seems friendly and efficient. Where Abi's fails miserably is in their desserts. They have sourced the lowest quality, worst tasting, cheapest desserts they could find and put them on their menu. Our group ordered 4 different dessert items to take home. All of them - all four went into the garbage. They were absolutely terrible (and let me tell you - I am not one to throw away dessert!) We all agreed that they were awful. It's usually not the best quality anywhere I get from which I get since it's being delivered and it's hard to keep quality and temp up to par BUT this morning we ordered here and it was AMAZING! Visited for an incredibly crowded weekend breakfast with a group of 6. The service was a bit scarce, probably because it was so busy. The food was typical diner fare, nothing special or memorable aside from the fruit cup being fresh and featuring strawberry and banana. read more

Friendly staff. Attentive service. The cole slaw is on the sweet side. The ice tea was fresh. I got a BLT and frys. Its how i rate a diner. How good of a BLT can they make. I got it on rye. The bread was chewy not toasted. Lettuce and Tomato weren't cold, just cool. Bacon wasn't hot. Seasoned Fries were awesome!! Wifey got Eggs, Sausage and Homefrys with onions and toast. Eggs were a little over cooked. Asked for over easy. Homefrys were bland but thats standard for a diner. Sausages were ok and the waitress forgot the toast. All in all, not a bad diner. My second time in a month to Abi's Diner. Both times service was excellent. First was lunch with the ladies. I had the fish sandwich and it was really really good. Might be best one I've had since I moved here three years ago. All of us girls enjoyed our lunches. Our waitress was very friendly. I went back now a couple weeks late for dinner. I got the crab cake/Mac n cheese special for $15.99. Our waiter was very friendly. Mac n cheese was homemade and so was the crab cake. Both excellent. I would definitely order their crab cake again. It was HUGE. A bang for your buck for sure. read more

Visiting family in Ocean Pines and every time we passed here it was packed, knew it was a place we needed to try. Finally got the chance when we were there last week and we were not disappointed! The pumpkin pancakes were amazing and they're generous with the portions. Next time we'll have to try them for dinner. read more

My husband and I went for breakfast one Saturday. It was super crowded but we were seated quickly. I had a huge omelette which was good. My husband had a waffle that he enjoyed as well. Great little diner. Typical diner food and decent prices. Don't expect anything fancy but I am okay with that and enjoy good food.

Breakfast is solid, albeit a little slow during peak times. We eat here periodically and find the staff seem indifferent and rushed most of the time. Omelettes and pancakes are very good, portions are large. Took my mom here once and we weren't treated very well at all. It's better when my husband and I are together. Weird. read more

Some of my beach neighbors recommended this restaurant because it's a cheap place to eat. Hubby and I went three times - twice for breakfast and once for dinner. I can't say I was impressed. The service was slow and the food was about as mediocre as you can get, not to mention it was like eating in an echo chamber. There are other cheap eats in the neighborhood besides this one. read more
