I first texted Tony on a Friday, and the entire project was completed on Thursday of the following week. From our first meeting where Tony enthusiastically talked about roof choices and made helpful suggestions like adding gutter screens and more attic ventilation, I felt more like family than a client. Tony worked with the insurance company to get the estimate correct, came by both days while the work was being done, and made sure everything was done correctly. This is the third time I've gotten a new roof on this house in 30 years, and it was by far the best experience. It's an inherently messy process, but the crew was careful and respectful of my property, and it looks great!

I just had a new roof installed last year and couldn't get ahold of the company that installed the roof (They were totally ghosting me!) I contacted several roofing companies through google search and only 1 came out and gave me an estimate of almost $600 to fix the vent. After receiving a couple more expensive estimates and not being able to get ahold of the original roofing company, I decided to try roofers on yelp. I actually reached out to another roofer, but yelp automatically messaged a few other companies as well. Andrew reached out to me right away, even though it was late at night. He also provided me with an instant estimate, which no one else ever did. His estimate was also the cheapest by far. He said he could come out the next day... I was already blown away by how good this all seemed. Today (Sept 30th), he texted me and to let me know he would be at my house between noon and 1PM. He texted me 15 minutes before as well to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, and after we just looked up at the vent from the outside, he asked if he could look in the attic. No one else asked about the attic. Turns out I had a dead rat up there! He took pictures and showed the had been rat burrowing in different places. Turns out the moisture spot was most likely pee from the rat!! Yuck. It had probably just died from some poisoned ant bait I just put up in the attic. He took a look and pictures of the inside of the vent... turns out there was no problem with it at all! I am just so impressed with 1) Andrew's professionalism, 2) him getting back to me so quickly, 3) the up front estimate, 4) coming out the next day, 5) giving me a small window for when he would arrive, giving me updates, and showing up on time, 6) truly troubleshooting the issue and not just fixing a vent that didn't need to be fixed! oh and 7) I forgot to mention that he does have a warranty on parts and labor (I asked him since I had just been ghosted). I feel very lucky that Blue Roofing contacted me back first on Yelp! Otherwise I would have just poured money down the drain fixing a vent that didn't need to be fixed!

Andrew was happy to help me and started a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the singles. After a struggle with the manufacture and staying on top of them they warranty they old singles. Andrew help Me get a new roof and installed and upgraded me to better singles. His team was able to get this done within a week of when the manufacture finally agreed to replace it. If it was for their great customer service and relentless to get the issue resolve we won't be able to get a an entire roof replace for free. Highly recommend Blue Roofing anytime and I have pass their information with my community as well as my realtor. Thanks again for be a company fo great integrity.

They also installed shingles incorrectly around a vent and water leaked and stained a ceiling and they would not repair the ceiling. Now I am having some of their sloppy work redone and the rep from another company took a picture showing that they used a different color shingle around one vent. Blue instead of a neutral color. I had not noticed from the ground. I'm surprised at all of the good reviews. They are not reputable at all! LW

When the appointment time came, he arrived on time, he was friendly and explained the problem to my husband, advised us to replace our builders plastic vent with a metal one. We agreed. He said he'd send us a quote in a few days. That was a Tuesday. After three days, I figured our quote got lost in the shuffle. We're all human so I left a message. "Hi, thanks for coming out to inspect our roof, we'd like to move forward with all the work you recommended. Looking forward to receiving the quote from you." :::::Crickets::::: I'm not sure what happened. It's sad because everything was perfect right up to the failure to respond. This is the company we wanted to work with; it just wasn't meant to be.

It's 2025 and it's amazing that a company still stands by their work, by their vendor's quality and you can depend on them for responsiveness and service. German and Jose swarmed my house with several quality tradesman who fixed my problem in one day and gave me peace of mind about my shingles and roof decking that had been deteriorating due to the vendor's shingle "delaminating". Although they didn't have to honor their original five year warranty, they did--and for that I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart. Allied Roofing replaced the roof (but not the gutters) of a house that I was under contract to buy…read more I think because the job was initiated by the previous owners and there was no one actually living in the home at the time to oversee the job, the workers cut a few corners and did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. I noticed the gutters weren't working well and when I went up to clean them I realized why. Not only did the roofers leave about an inch of shingle shake in the gutters which was causing blockage all around the house, but they actually left big pieces of torn up t-shirts and a whole roll of masking tape in my gutters. There's still a piece of t-shirt on my roof that I can't reach from the ladder. It was really gross fishing that stuff out and such a pain to clean all that shake--in fact, a few of the spouts are still pretty clogged and I'll have to find a way to snake them. When I called them to discuss this, they basically just shrugged it off, saying that they always recommend replacing the gutters along with the roof (something I had no control over) and suggested I pay a handyman to clean my gutters---well that wouldn't be necessary had they taken more care. Really disappointed and I can't recommend.
