I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need. Moving forward I'll most likely find another place that can do the job in a timely manner.

Robert, our cashier, brought up my wife's account and announced that, thanks to the unredeemed points we'd built up on her Easy Rewards program, not only were we getting a THIRTY-SIX DOLLAR discount, but we had an additional $20 off added to the account. And talk about your perfect timing--today was the last day of that deal!!! Robert's boss Virgil, who'd been standing nearby, explained how we'd qualified for all that savings and why it was important to check the app. OK, we don't but if we did, we wouldn't have gotten that great surprise. You could see and hear how happy he, along with Robert, was that the store could award us these savings. So Robert, thank you for being our early Santa on these few days before Christmas. I asked for help and the red headed man in the print department said I could put in a order at the print desk and get them tomorrow. Note: I need 2 black and white 8.5 x11" copies. Today I went in and made 5he copies on my own. The ink was low and what I got back was two gray and white copies with stripes going vertically through the page. Once again I asked the red haired fellow for help. He would not even look at me. He told me to order from the desk and I could get my 2 copies tomorrow around 5:00. I've paid for the prints because the photocopy machine thought it had printed good copies. This man is curt, lazy, and very rude. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
