I had an amazing experience at Aberdeen Honda while traveling. My CRV had a battery/computer issue while traveling. Nothing like being 600 miles from home and your local dealer, and having car problems. Found the dealership using Hondalink in my car. We crossed our fingers and drove there hoping they could take a look knowing we couldn't stop or our car might not start again. When we arrived we were met by Tyler who agreed to immediately take a look. It was 2:15pm on Monday. My husband is knowledgeable and had already identified a service bulletin for the problem. After explaining to Tyler the issue he suggested we walk down the block to a restaurant and give them an hour. So that's what we did. Upon returning they were test driving the car. They updated the computer issue and replaced the battery all under warrantee. They also washed and vacuumed my car! I think we were there all of 75 minutes and back on the road. This was customer service at its finest. We thought our vacation was going to be ruined but instead we just stopped for "lunch break". Thank you again to Tyler and the service team!!! read more

Our salesman, Todd, has been very supportive and patient as my wife and I have taken our sweet time deciding on which car is best for our family of four (i.e., we're actually doing our research across multiple manufacturers and dealerships, and then sleeping on it before making our final decision). Additionally, Todd and his sales manager have approved multiple test drives of both used and new vehicles. We've considered a wide array of options from compact SUV, mid-size SUV, and then finally the inevitable minivan (which we actually really enjoyed) and have been given the space to enjoy the car shopping process. Only once have we experienced the slightest amount of pressure to act fast, and even then the salesman's implication may have been truthful rather than the sales tactic most consumers resent. Have we sealed the deal? Not yet, but we're dangerously close to pulling the trigger. Even after almost 2 months of consistent car shopping with three different dealerships, an occasional text message and/or e-mail letting us know Aberdeen Honda has our business in mind and is ready to help whenever we're ready, is as intense as it gotten. Company CHANGED OWNERSHIP. Serviced my Civic, went in for a B1,2 and told me it was an oil change and tire rotate. The guy said I had a plan that covered it and there was no charge. (Purchased less than a year ago.) No one gave me a cost of service. Google said that's oil change check filters and tire rotation. When I picked it up they charged me $150 for all kinds of filter changes plus oil change and I didn't get a receipt saying why it was so high. I had to pay of course to get my car back. NOT COOL! I've escalated it to manager and no one has even bargained with me or TRIED to save me as a customer. read more

Five stars for a dealership? Yes, and no I am NOT related to staff or owner. We drove 2 hours to this little gem in the middle of nowhere and found a pristine Saturn - low miles for a 12-year-old car. The whole process from start to finish took under two hours, and we had coffee and good chat - ASK FOR JAKE - the best young man you could ever want to sell you a used car! He made the whole thing utterly painless, and is polite and none of that smarmy salesman bullshit you can sometimes get from salesmen. Jake is the real deal and we will be back when we can afford a new car - will get a Honda for sure. The price was lower than we thought, they gave us a couple of perks we didn't even ask for - the whole thing made me proud to be human! lol lol seriously, though! Honest, good people, including Daniel and the cute old guy who kept razzing us while we waited in the office. Wish I knew his name. Beware out of staters! This place supposedly fixed our brakes but when we drove away the car shimmied severely. So we let it go for a week and it didn't improve. I took it back and they said it was the front brakes, not the rear brakes that they had "fixed" and wanted another $350. I knew better. When I got back home to the state I live in, I took it to my mechanic and he said they turned the outside of the rotor but not the inside so I couldn't see it. Totally tried to rip us off, assuming we would be driving a thousand miles away shortly after the repair. Don't trust them! read more

Kyle at Aberdeen Honda had my tire fixed in 30 minutes and with a smile! I was on a road trip with my young child and was nervous about an error message I was getting on my tire. Thank goodness Kyle and the Honda crew were there to fix my tire for me, in half an hour during a holiday weekend! Their service was much appreciated. I live in federal way so about 100 miles from Aberdeen. I had horrible expirences with car places up north so talked with Justin at Aberdeen Honda they came and picked me up in olympia (that is where i had to drop of rental still 60 miles from Aberdeen) took me back to dealership where they got me into a great car with awesome payments! Oh and just FYI no one and I mean no one would finance me. They were kind and willing to go the extra mile! Dale in finance was wonderful kinda like if you were getting help from your dad. I took my car in for a full detail. ($149.00) When dropping my car off I realized that I had change (coins) sitting in the console between the two front seats. I really thought I should probably grab that, but figured that it would probably be ok, didn't think people still stole change from consoles since you really can't buy much with it these days anyway! Apparently I was very wrong to assume this! I picked my car up the next day and saw that they stole all my silver change and left the pennies! I figured I just paid a very cheap "stupid tax" and headed home. My car did LOOK good but had a weird smell to it (like rotten milk). After 2 days the smell go so bad I had to drive to work with my windows open! I called Honda and told the service dept about the smell and figured i'd let them know about my change that was missing. (Figured they would want to know there was a thief working for them) The guy that answered the phone said his name was Jake and that he was the manager and he was sorry the change was taken (after a slight chuckle) and to go ahead and bring the car back in so they can try to get the smell out. My son ended up taking the car back in a few days later. When he went to pick it up, Jake actually said to my son with a smile and a chuckle "your mom was kinda pissed about the change missing huh?" I have had to pay for my car to be cleaned by someone else to finally get the smell out. I will NEVER do business with Aberdeen Honda again, and have told everyone that will listen about my experience there. If I have to put any star's I would not give it 1 star because of the way I and my girl friend Brown T. was treated it was not at the Aberdeen Honda store that we had the problem with it was a site that came to Forks WA in August of 2012 we where put into a Chevy Aveo and we told the sales person that the payment's where to high for us but at the time it was the only place we could get a car and we needed one really bad what should have taken about 3 hours took about 5 days for us to get into a car and when we tried to get our payment's lowered it was a nightmare they gave us the wrong paperwork and they told us that basically there was nothing we could do about it . then they registered the car in my boyfriends father's name who lives in another state and all he was a Co-singer on the APP and that made it almost impossible for us to get new tag's when it came time to do so. So We are writing this in hopes that it will prevent this from happen to any body else that has to have a CO-Singer to help them get a car . read more
