The man at the front desk was so kind and promptly asked one of his mechanics to come out and take a look. The mechanic was amazing and kind and messed with the latch a bit and got it to work! They did a through diagnostic found out I had a spark plug issue. They kept my truck for a few days still testing it for the start up issue I had. Truck is running great now.
