On the night of 3 July 2019, I was visiting my son in Stuart, Florida when I noticed a guy walking…read moredown the street sticking flags in front of the houses in the neighborhood. "Cool" I thought. I like this. As he walked by my son's house he bent down and put a flag in front of my son's mailbox and walked away. Very quickly the flag fell over. Having served with the military for over 40 years and out of my personal respect for the flag, I went over to right "Old Glory". As I picked up the tiny flag I was immediately taken back by the stick placed on the flag, a marketing sticker. Frank Arena, an agent for this office of Keller Williams, had attached a sticker on the flags he was placing in the neighborhood. I realize that this is not a big deal to anyone but me probably, but I was pissed! I fought for that flag on many occasions and am not happy that Mr. Arena was willing to use our flag as a marketing tool on the 4th of July. It should be noted that even if it were not in bad taste, it is illegal! United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 states, "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." In many places, this action would have gotten Mr. Arena 30 days in jail and fines. None of that will happen in this case. But what will happen is that I will post this message, people will read it and hopefully let Mr. Arena know how they feel about his actions. I will never use Keller Williams for any real estate transaction and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere as well.

When we initially…read morehired them, we were told that we would be presented with three different ideas for each room we were redecorating. Instead we spent countless hours combing through photograph after photograph. When pieces came in that were not to scale or the wrong dimensions, they refused to take them back. We just had to move them into spaces that they didn't belong. Now the pillows on our beds are ripping, the feathers are coming out on a daily basis. When the bedding was put on initially, it was taken out of bags and placed on the beds. It wasn't even steamed to get the wrinkles out. What should've been an incredible experience was an incredibly disappointing experience

It is an absolute pleasure to write a recommendation for Susan DeMaille from Echo Fine Properties…read more Our search for a property on Hutchinson Island came with its share of challenges. Susan managed every one of the challenges and numerous details with perseverance and dedication to us, her clients. Susan consistently went beyond what anyone could expect from a Real Estate professional. She found solutions where others would give up! During this process, she collaborated closely with my sister (Nancy) and guided us with confidence and her calming nature through many twists and turns. What impressed us the most was her unwavering commitment. Susan always made herself available to answer our questions, keeping the doors of communication open with all parties involved. In today's world, when true Customer Service is extremely hard to find, Susan went the extra mile which made our transaction happen. Her integrity and expertise in the real estate market are second to none! We enthusiastically would recommend her to anyone thinking about or looking to buy or sell real estate.
