The office is excellently organized, and the staff is both attentive and highly qualified. Everything runs smoothly, everyone knows exactly what to do, and the entire operation is truly professional. Dr. Raymond Ruckman is absolutely amazing. He is highly knowledgeable, checked everything thoroughly, and took his time explaining the results. Even though I only came in for a routine prescription, Dr. Ruckman dedicated a significant amount of time to my care and caught an underlying issue that needed addressing. His assistants were also outstanding and incredibly supportive throughout the process. As a bonus, their frame selection is fantastic--they carry unique styles I couldn't find elsewhere (though, to be fair, Deputy Optic has a great selection too). I highly recommend him if you care about your eye health--you will be in the best hands here! A big thank you to the doctor and the entire staff!

I Received the glasses in the mail & they are both the same & completely wrong. I am farsighted & it appears that they set me up as nearsighted? Either way, it is completely incorrect. I called to see what Eagle Vision could do for me after giving me the incorrect prescription from the beginning & they are trying to charge me $55 JUST TO LOOK AT MY GLASSES & only to compare the glasses with their prescription they had wrote me, instead of make it right & write me a new prescription. They gave me no option for them to make it right, other than charge me more $ just to even LOOK at the glasses with THEIR faulty prescription. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I live in Mammoth, so not only did I already have to drive 3 hours, pay a lot of $ for gas, & the prescription itself. BUT now that my insurance was already used up for the next year, I have to go elsewhere & pay more $ out of pocket for another ophthalmologist to make Eagle Vision's screw up right. 100% do NOT recommend. Absolutely unfair how they run their pricing & business for their customers. I am never coming here again & neither should you.

Dr. Mather was polite, well mannered, and answered my numerous questions about my Dad's eye health. Dad is scheduled in another 6 months. Will update review at that time. At least 4 star based on my having tagged along for this visit. Office administrative staff is friendly. Sounds like the phones are pretty busy and after reading a few reviews I can see why. Looks to me like patients in the area are too lazy to go take care of their needs in person so they opt to just pick up the phone instead. I can imagine when the weather is bad the phone might be the only option. Communication by phone isn't the most effective in any case. Let's be realistic, if your needs are more than setting up/cancelling an appointment, or a quick question, you should go in person. Ample parking, facility is clean and well kept. Looks like they have a lot of frames to choose from. Dad's appointment was 9:45AM on a Wednesday morning, we arrived 10 minutes early and he was seen on time. After a handful of tests we were physically out the door by 10:20AM. I'd recommend this facility and Dr. Mather.

Because if there were other charges. I would have left. I received the statement to pay $360.00. WHAT! I have called them. I complained she mentioned that There was an error in the billing department through a third party. So, to disregard that statement. Then they sent me another $91.00. What happened is that they went ahead and added the anti-glare and scratch resistance lenses and tried billing my insurance. My insurance rejected it. And now they are trying to bill me for it. Bottom lineI am going back to Eyemart Express.
