Finally we were given menus. Then we waited for an hour for our waffle board. My mom's food was sitting on the back counter for over 15 minutes after we had all finished eating. We decided not to wait on it any longer. The waiter did not prioritize his time appropriately. I accidentally spilled some water and we tried to clean it up, but the waiter was the least helpful person I've ever met and when we mentioned it he didn't offer a towel, just a few napkins. I've been a waitress and I'm very understanding but this was the worst service I've ever received. Ever. My son's and husband food was cold when it got to the table. I feel like this might have had something to do with the waiter....idk. The Charcuterie board also took over an hour to get to our table. We didn't get offered refills on our drinks for over an hour as well. I wanted to love it because it was such a fun looking place with great vibes but the waiter completely ruined our experience. The food tasted good, overpriced, but good!

The patty was a premade "burger" (not sure if it was soybean or very low grade beef) that was extremely over seasoned in an effort to camouflage the awful "meat." If they had good food this place would be great. This is the first bad review I've ever written but felt that others should be warned. The service was good.
