July came and he said he was running 2 weeks behind, so I assumed the end of July. August came and is almost over and 2 weeks ago I ran into him at Home Depot, he said I was next on the list. No materials no shingles show up. Now almost at the end of August and I went and ordered the material and found another contractor. I called Don to let him know and he was kinda rude and more worried about whos doing the work. Not apologetic at all, and said I was "next on his list" good luck with that and hung up. Now I've reached out to get my $500 dollar deposit back, so I guess I'll get to see if Don does the right thing?

We ordered gutters for our home - Dripaway Gutters, an extension of Marshall's - and were quoted an excellent price. Even with recent storms our area had received, we were able to get on the schedule quickly. Our gutters were installed in a few days due to the size of house and it looks like our home got a complete facelift. They were clean and efficient with clean up of old materials - we had old gutter attachments still on the house in certain areas, and they disposed of it with ease. The yard was left a mess with nails, cigarette butts that the puppies could ingest and siding that was torn off the house left. The entrance way lights were destroyed and exposed electrical circuits were exposed and dangerous. Entrance ways were blocked causing safety hazards. Boss / owner came back with a new contract weeks later asking for a lot more money. I had to hire another company to finish the job. Court proceedings followed and the evidence proved staples exteriors to be at fault. The court ordered a financial return that Mark Staples has never paid. With no other choice I put a Lien on his property for the court ordered award plus interest.

He came to look at the sidewalk, gave me a reasonable quote, and the sidewalk job was completed a week later. Toby and his crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job, leaving us with a beautiful new sidewalk. We have hired him to come back in about a month to reseal our driveway, and I am sure Toby and his crew will do a great job with that also. These are good people who work hard and do excellent work!
