They were there when they said they would be, their crew is personable and motivated, there was NO standing around talking, loud music playing, yelling to talk to each other, they were a joy to be around. They started at 8 am, exactly when they said they would, had a 4 man crew, 2 worked on the front and 2 on the back, and finished around 4 pm. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again to do work for me. Thanks Proctor Enterprises PS and they paid my English setter attention, so my whole house was happy

Luckily, it stopped raining…read more I called TG about 10 pm and he showed up first thing in the morning and took pictures of the problem. The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

Luckily, I found Luis, who came the same day. He immediately cleared the clog and cleaned out all of the gutters thoroughly. We wondered why it would be two days after watching a heavily advertised window company replace another unit's in 6 hours! Well, it's because they did it right! Installed with wrap, insulation, and all the outside and inside finishing work. The sales rep, office contacts and crews are always professional and easy to work with. It was noted by several neighbors that Marshall exteriors really know what they are doing. The difference is noticeable already. Owner called me trying to justify the price. That was another joke! Told be just the dumpster to remove the debris was $500. Problem being the estimate said debris would be taken away in a pickup truck. Pretty bad when the owner doesn't know what's in the estimate.
