I called Goldenboy Contracting and though Lenny normally does residential work, he came over that afternoon. The minute I met him, I knew I contacted the right company. He was very caring, attentive and concerned about our situation. To try to save us money, which we greatly appreciated and needed, he would see if the window could be repaired instead of replaced. He took the window with him and called me the next morning to tell me that it could be repaired and would call me as soon it was ready to be reinstalled. I hired Goldenboy Contracting to do work in my bathroom. My ceiling had noticeable cracks, with one beginning to look scary. The flooring was not in good shape and the toilet has had so many problems over the years I just wanted a new one. Lenny and his guys (Cody and Shane) replaced the ceiling, put in new flooring and a new toilet, for a little extra the bathroom was painted. I am very happy with the work that was done. I was kept informed of what they were doing and why. Oh, and without my requesting it, Lenny offered to secure my shower rod, which was greatly apprecieated! Good workers, nice guys. We noticed the sign on a neighbor's yard and needed various little jobs done. Our shed had some wood deteriorating and the roof needed to be replaced. Our bathroom had water damage on one wall and our garage had some damage to the walls and the ceiling calapsed and needed repair and the cellar walls had water damage. The owner and one of his workers came assessed the projects and gave us an estimate. It was a workable estimate.
