Made an online appointment. Met with Ismael the day of the appointment. Just recently purchased a used 97 Dodge cummins 12V. Wanted ABCO Diesel to inspect the truck and make any recommendations if needed. Ismael and his Team took good care of my truck and only made recommendations that I really needed to address. I ended up catching the performance Bug and now I am having ABCO Diesel install some performance mods on my 12V in a couple weeks when the parts come in. Ill keep the Yelp community updated on the results in a few weeks once the parts have been installed.

I can't say enough good things about ABCO Diesel. I've brought my Duramax L5P here multiple times, and every time they've knocked it out of the park. They've fixed numerous issues on my truck that other shops either overlooked or took forever to diagnose. The staff is awesome--super knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They explain what's going on in a straightforward way, and I always feel like my truck is in the right hands. What I appreciate most is how fast and efficient they are. Diesel work can sometimes mean long waits, but these guys get it done quickly without cutting corners. My L5P runs better than ever thanks to their work. I had a steering issue that couldn't be identified after my 2nd steering box change. It took em a little bit to identify and resolve several problems but it's been a permanent fix at a reasonable price. I recommend ABCO to anyone with an older model (2002) diesel. Being friendly doesn't hurt either. read more

I had bad head gaskets on an 05 Chevy 2500HD LLY. My wife found ABCO online and after a little research, I felt they were the ones to perform the repair as they had many good reviews and one review that had the same issue as myself. Fortunately, they are located close to my residence and around the corner from where I work. Very convenient. I spoke with Ismael on the phone and had it towed to them so they could diagnose the issue and confirm it was the head gaskets. After getting the quote, I pulled the trigger and had them start the repair. While they were in there, they suggested PPE high flow exhaust manifolds and a PPE downpipe be installed since they already had the motor apart and cab off the chassis, suggesting it would cost less labor-wise, than if I brought it back to add those pieces later. So I had them do those as well. They also installed a new intercooler, radiator and a hose kit that I had purchased before the head gaskets went. Due to the scope of the repair and what they had to do to complete it, it took a bit longer than expected, but the end result has been fantastic so far. The workmanship is clean. Everything is tied back up and looks factory. The truck runs and feels better than it has in a while. Acceleration is smooth, it sounds great, and the fuel mileage has gone up a bit. Great shop, great people, good communication. I will continue to use them for all of my service needs going forward. read more

It was also interesting to hear other customer's stories while in the lobby about bringing their vehicle to ABCO diesel to fix other shops mistakes. ABCO was a great shop to take my 2000 F250 7.3 to. Had some issues with rough idling and some trouble starting, ABCO found my issue was in the wiring harness and replaced quickly for me. I called them and they were able to take me the next morning. Great shop, great service, great price read more

I decided to give these guys a call because they came recommended. I was told they were a bit overpriced but had good service. So When i called to make an appointment to bring my truck in to have the fuel pump converted on a saturday just to find out they arent open saturdays by the manager Toren. Even though the hours posted on yelp say they are. Thats not why im leaving a one star review for. Initially Toren sounded nice over the phone, buññt he forgot to hang up the phone and didn't realize I was still on the line, and well immediately I can hear him talking to the person next to him about what a piece of crap my truck was anyways and that I was stupid for trying to make a saturday appointment. Meanwhile you can just hear someone laughing the whole time. So as far as the service goes they might be nice to your face or over the phone, but as soon as they think no one is listening or looking they are careless and unprofessional in the workplace. Went in for a simple rear airbag install for an F-250. I was let down by abco at every opportunity. First the in person quote was 40% higher than over the phone. Second I told them I would only drop my truck if they could have it done on time. They caled on the last day at 1pm to let me know they cant finish the job. When I arrived i saw the job wasnt even started... Ended up installing myself the same day in 4 hours... Ive been in the auto repair space for about 10 years myself and have never had such an awful experience with a shop. The parts I purchased from the shop to finish myself were also missing hardware from the technician opening the packages. After installing I did not have a need for an air compressor. Alex told me multiple times over the phone I could take it back. When I wasted another hour drive over to ABCO I find out they wont take it back. Theres plenty of reputable shops in the area that are far better. save your time, money and headache, Go anywhere else. I would give 0 stars if possible... read more

Replace glow plugs, Tune up, change all the fluids, Install a Titan 62 gallon fuel tank. General service and maintenance. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Any stupid questions I had were answered. These guys are the premier diesel specialists. They do general repair, lift kit installation, tires and wheels, computer alignment. Bumpers and winches. Performance installations. Extended range fuel tanks. Etc. With all the work I had requested, they were done sooner than expected. I can't speak highly enough about this shop, and the mechanics. Hands down one of the best shops to take your truck too.. I have an 2005 lly duramax came in with blown head gaskets Donny recommended arp head studs as well, also did some other upgrades to the truck, this was a big job an they killed it! all my wiring was wrapped up professionally and looked super clean.. better than it looked when it came in. Wouldn't ever spend my hard earned money here when there's plenty of other great diesel shops around - here's my experience. Called to get a quote over the phone to get an idea what they would charge to install some parts First off the guy who answered the phone seemed grumpy from the get, then was rude when inquiring about my questions. He then said he wouldn't even work on my truck because the parts are "customer supplied" even though they're brand new in box. He seemed pretty upset he didn't get to get money outta me buying the parts from him. I recommend looking up other shops / calling around and going there. I get the vibe that this place is just trying to squeeze money out of the people who come here read more

Admittedly, I am not the easiest customer to please ..... but this place exceeded my expectations! Awesome customer service!! I Had a S&S CP4 kit installed here and would recommend this shop without reservations for any diesel repair/maintenance. Super knowledgeable, detail oriented mechanics (Wiped excessive fluid drips off suspension components from transmission service). The worker admitted to do that un purpose because they want you to come back at 3k miles so they can check your car "in case you have a leak" .... mind you, they wont tell you you still have mileage to go, and you are good, NOPE, they will automatically just do an oil change. My husband had to ask them to actually write the return mileage on the sticker at 5k NOT at 3k .... BE AWARE, specially if you are a female (dont be fool by the fact that they have a female worker) THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Not sure how many people are getting oil changes when in reality they didn't need it.

All the technicians at ABCO are thorough and strive to keep their customers happy. They take on all types of work and seem to be glad you bring it to them. They do anything from oil changes and minor services to complete engine and transmission overhauls as well as any type of brake and suspension work. I've always had a tough time trusting shops so I usually do the work myself but I have faith the work is done right at ABCO when I don't have the time to do it myself. The last time I was there they completed an alignment on my truck and installed new rims and tires as well as an exhaust system. My truck looks great, sounds a great deal better ( way quieter inside ) and actually drives straight which I've had a tough time with other shops getting the alignment completed correctly due to the truck being lifted. ABCO was able to get the alignment right the first time because their technicians are trained properly and take pride in their work. I always recommend ABCO for all your automotive and truck repair needs. read more

OMG the worst service ever. We had some car trouble and had AAA tow our car, he suggested OTOA and since were not from around here, we took it to his shop. First of all, the owner quoted us 700$ less than what it ended up being, and they didnt finish the job. we waited 3 weeks to have the power steering pump replaced and they said NOWHERE in the united states had one that was less that 1300$ (BS). We just paid the bill and took the car back, and we found one in less than an hour. just looked up the parts # and the dodge dealership had one right down the street. Not only this, but when we went back to the place to confront them about their stupidity, one of the mechanics almost punched my boyfriend and was getting all in his face saying he worked in parts for 20 years blah blah blah...well why couldnt you find a power steering pump and we did in an hour? horrible service, horrible job, complete waste of money. I work in the automotive industry and I happen to know about shops. I have always heard good thing s about Abco Fleet and Diesel so I decided to try them out. I had problems with my Chevy Duramax diesel truck. They diagnosed my diesel truck fast and accurate and gave me a fair estimate. When I picked up my truck it was clean and fixed right. They replaced my egr cooler and replace my injectors. I also had them change the fuel filter and my oil. Their shop is a clean and professional. They have factory scan tools and have lots of huge Snap-on tool boxes filled with Snap-on tools. When I was there I saw Del Worsham (The NHRA drag racing champion) they were dropping his vehicle off for service. I am very satisfied with Abco and I will only bring my diesels here from now on. read more

I went to this shop based off of Google reviews and was very impressed with the service. Donny and his crew helped me out with my Ram 2500 Cummins. I took in for an oil change and front end service and was very happy with the results and happy they were able to fix a few other issues that I probably would have left unattended until it was too late. Donny is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I was referred by another mechanic to take my diesel and have it looked at by Donny. I had a bad EGR valve and was experiencing stiction. Donny diagnosed it and fixed the issue. I took my truck in the morning and they had it done in the same day. My truck runs better than I can remember. It was a great experience. Great Cummins Diesel mechanics, I had my Dodge Cummins diesel in for repairs. Had a power loss problem, they Diagnosed with their Snap On scanner and found that a small amount of dirt in my fuel system was causing injector failure. They changed my Mopar fuel filter with genuine part, ran Lucas and BG chemicals through the fuel line and tank. Now running great, Thank Guys. read more
