I was able to book an appointment within a week, which was very convenient. The front desk is very friendly, prompt, and polite. To a point where I felt service I was receiving was noticeably high quality. They also require that all patients wear a mask during these times, which I appreciated. The place is not very big, so every time I went, I did not have to worry about being close to others and did not notice any other patients waiting. After discussing with Dr. Anderson about what my issues were, he took the time to explain to me what the potential issues could me, which I really appreciated. They ran some X-rays on the spot, and after a few minutes, Dr. Anderson took me to his computer where we went over his thought process of what I had. He laid out 3 options for me without being pushy about any. I decided to go with an MRI next (since my bones seemed fine). When I came for my follow-up appointment, Dr. Anderson showed me the MRI on his computer and walked me through his thought process of what he saw. He laid out the options of either more PT or speaking to a surgeon. We talked it through and I've decided to now go see a surgeon since PT wasn't working. He made a point to refer me to someone who he felt wasn't going to push surgery on me and look all of the information before making a decision, which I appreciated. Overall, I really recommend this place! I feel that I received high quality service and would definitely return if I have any other issues.

I was told "He does not diagnose things comprehensively like that. You have to make an appointment for one body part at a time." That seemed odd, but his online profile sounded so wonderful that I decided to continue. Long story short, this office views things very very rigidly and compartmentalized. The receptionist seems to have oppositional defiant disorder and that's a reflection on the person who hired her, to me. In fact, she verbally chastised me, at length, not once, but twice, for trying to follow the city's COVID-19 restrictions to keep other patients safe when my daughter was sick. Apparently it was an inconvenience for her. That attitude really concerned me as I want a doctor who is looking out for everyone's best interest, not only their own interests. I never did get a helpful diagnosis in the end. I am sure she will fight this review, too. LOL.

My primary care doctor, who is a wonderful person, but is always rushed, seems to sort of brush these issues off as just a part of life, which led to a search for more integrative whole person care. I live super close to this adorable little office, looked them up and realized that my insurance wouldn't cover them. I figured the potential payoff though was worth the out of pocket spend, so I booked anyway. Their office manager, Taylor immediately reached out to discuss insurance and let me know this care appeared to be out of network, which I had expected but fully appreciated. She also offered to give me a super bill following the appointment so I could both attempt to receive reimbursement and use the spend while filing taxes. The day of my appointment they reached out again with an estimated cost of services- which seemed to be because of the out of network care. Again, amazing transparency for a healthcare environment. My appointment felt very much like a meeting with an old friend. Dr. Dubois listened, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and when tests were needed, she covered the cost of these tests up front and asked about budgeting and timing for them if they were not currently a doable amount. I cannot imagine they could have been any more flexible and kind, and even knowing with 100% certainty my care was out of network and would be more expensive than seeing my PCP I would absolutely book this again. I'd give 6 stars if I could. If you're looking for a healthcare environment where you're respected, given plenty of time to ask questions, express concerns, and pick the brain of a professional, look no further.

"Dr." Deonne as she calls herself, is not actually a medical doctor. She has a doctorate degree in…read moresomething relating to medical, and takes advantage of that to call herself "Dr." She is actually a family nurse practitioner. Nothing wrong with being a nurse practitioner, but it is a bit misleading to call yourself "Dr." in a medical setting, if you aren't one. I am not a high-maintenance patient; I go to the Dr. for my annual exam and an occasional illness, but that's about it. I do take a prescription for sleep (that I have taken for over 14 years. Dr. Deonne's office could not seem to manage the monthly refills for this prescription. While my previous Dr (before I moved here) used to call in 6 months worth of refills of this prescription Dr. Deonne would only call in 1-3 months at a time, and demanded that I be seen several times a year before whe would call in a refill. Please note that I said 1-3 months... that's because the # of refills varied from refill to refill. On four seperate occasions during the one year that I was a patient there, I had to call the office several times in order to get my prescription refilled. While I understand that refilling a monthly prescription does not generate revenue for the "Dr.," it goes with the job to do so. Yet each time I had to call (because they claimed the had not gotten the fax from my QFC pharmacy), I felt as though I was a huge burden to the office. Was Deonne competent? I think so. I did not feel unsafe there. She was quite thorough in her exams and testing, but I felt that all of the follow-up appointments she required were simply so she could bill my insurance for another office visit. It must be difficult for such a small office to make it financially, especially since they are only in the office on Mon/Wed/Fri, but only providing good service when there is potential gain may be one of the reasons that she isn't busy.And now it seems there website is not working... End Note: I found a new Dr,, and she was happy to call in six months worth of refills on my sleepy pill prscription after my new patient exam. No strings attached. :-)

The specialists all give her high marks and she is recognized as a skilled, learned professional. I have been her patient for over 4 years. She takes care of my routine exams and those sessions that require deeper research. When I complained about a constant, persistent pain, she believed me. Even though nothing could be found on Cat scans or MRIs. She sent me to a specialist because she believed and I wound up having emergency surgery. When I had an aneurysm 2 years ago, the emergency doctors wanted to know my medications. My friends placed a call and within an hour she had called back and they knew my list of medications and what they were for. She is a very nice lady because the first time I met her, I was mean and ugly during a manic phase of my Bi-polar illness. When I saw her a year later, she was a class act and never mentioned that incident. Because she does have a small practice, I can always get an appointment. "Dr. Deonne" is the Best. She will continue to be my Primary Care Provider.

Exactly 8 years ago today at 5 am, I entered Swedish Hospital in Seattle to undergo brain surgery…read morefor Chiari Malformation. It was the single most petrifying thing I have ever done in my life. I entered the hospital with the following symptoms that thousands of people around the world also have, but cannot find doctors to give them answers for because most doctors are not trained in Chiari. My symptoms were... a chronic cough that made my head feel like someone had shot a gun through it at point blank lasting about 30 seconds each time; with each cough also came an electrical zapping that felt like bolts of lightning or a taser shooting out the top of my head and fingers and toes; I had complete dizziness that never stopped, causing it to be hard to think, see, concentrate, walk, shower, cook, shop, drive, fall asleep, pretty much do anything; upper and lower extremities would constantly fall asleep randomly; I would choke on nothing without warning, and also while eating and drinking without warning, my swallowing function would randomly just stop; I also felt like I had a golf ball in my throat even though a scope said I was fine; my vision was off; my gait felt choppy and uncoordinated, my memory was non-existent; I was unable to think of words when talking; I would say sentences that didn't make sense... And more! Thankfully God led me to a surgeon who was up to date on the latest Chiari research and she knew about all my symptoms and what my imaging meant. I will be forever grateful to Dr Jayashree Srinivasen, because I was on the very edge and she saved my life. Two weeks after my surgery, the lightening bolts and the gunshot head pain just disappeared. Many of the other symptoms continued to disappear over time. It has taken a long time to heal. At about 4 to 5 years post op, I stopped improving, but I am extremely grateful for as far as I have come in this journey. Thank you to those who have read this far. My team was experiencing a significant increase in work-related stress and urgently needed training on how to cope with the daily challenges of clinical trial service. I invited Ms. Vitman to present to our staff after attending one of her workshops in Kirkland. Ms. Vitman is a passionate and knowledgeable speaker who effortlessly engages her audiences. As a licensed psychotherapist, she brings years of experience from her own practice. Ms. Vitman conducts the workshop in a fun and interactive manner. The theory behind mindfulness and skills needed to succeed were nicely presented with an abundance of examples. The participants welcomed her advice and solutions to their real-life problems. In the last part of the workshop, the group participated in various exercises and shared their experiences. They walked out with new perspective on how to better manage their stress at work and improve their overall well-being.
