Upcharges, bait and switch practices, fabricating appts/Seeing Drs you do not see, fraudulent charges to you but also your insurance! Surprise billing! The list goes on and on. ALL TRUE! Patients are suffering and experiencing this kind of low level fraud and crooked practices. The care itself is subpar and at best mediocre. 1-1.5 stars at MOST for the actual care you will receive. The staff and business billing/ practices are atrocious. The office staff are very rude when you call and try to get things sorted. They charged for an appt that was never made or attended. For a Dr we never saw. They then charged another separate bill for an appt never made and when we called on it to alert them to the mistake (assuming it was one at that point in time. WE now know this is how they roll! TOTALLY dishonest billing and business practices and good luck to you trying to sort it out!). Well they were rude and after a lot of work on our end, finally dropped the fake appt but then charged us with a NO SHOW fee for that fake appt we never made! Keep good records! Check your bills carefully. You will have to deal with a headache and nightmare if you choose this place. I WOULD go back and never step a toe in this clinic! Please take your insurance, health needs, and money Elsewhere. I wish we had read all these reviews before we ever became patients here. I am writing this to help warn you and inform you. TERRIBLE experience. Nothing but stress. Health declined for the subpar care and the stress of all of their dishonest business practices. SHOCKING that a clinic associated with UW can be this shady and subpar. Please listen to those of us warning you away from this place.

I'm so not EVER returning to this clinic. I've read the post bout this clinic and am NOT for one surprised. It's no wonder they've never been sued for malpractice. My R arm is hurting on for five months now. If you value your health you won't go this clinic EVER!!!

The boilerplate care she received at Horrorview and UDumb were completely reversed when we got her to Overlake Hospital and into Dr. Odderson's care. The Harborview verdict of "life in a wheelchair" and their constant lectures about "You might walk again but you need to learn the wheelchair if that doesn't happen" became, at Overlake, "Well, let's see how we can get you back onto your feet". The positive attitude that Dr. Odderson carries with him like he carries his briefcase did more for Judye's recovery than all the exercises and equipment that she was shoved into at the other places. Dr. Odderson created a physical therapy regimen designed especially for her and challenged her to take it farther, try new ways of doing whatever she was struggling with, and to do what SHE beleved she needed to get better. At UW, she was actively discouraged from seeing any other physical therapists than those on their staff. When she asked Dr. Odderson about going to St. Louis, to consult with the team that worked on Christopher Reeve, Dr. Odderson's response was, "Good idea. It might bring some fresh perspectives." We owe Dr. Odderson a lot. He has been a good and patient steward of Judye's care, throughout the process of her recovery. His expertise and unfailing good humor is truly refreshing, given the obstacle course we've been through in her medical care. I can absolutely recommend him for anyone who's been through the sort of injury as Judye's or the effects of a crippling disease as someone who will be on YOUR side, carrying state-of-the-art credentials and knowledge.

She walked me through a multitude of range of motion tests. All this leading to a workout regimen that she kindly emailed to me. Also, Matthew (at the front desk) was great. Although I was there an hour early, he was willing to provide alternate timeslots at the drop of a hat. All in all, a wonderful customer experience. Should I get health insurance, I would come back for a more prolonged P/T treatment plan here.

It has taken forever for my injury to heal after a couple of surgeries and the laser therapy here really helps aid in the recovery. From the first visit you can notice real improvement in range of motion and no more pain! This is incredible and I'm not sure why more places don't offer laser therapy as a non-invasive treatment. Colin is super friendly and makes the sessions go by quickly and painlessly. They have all types of equipment for any kind of PT you may require and have private room spaces if multiple PTs are working with patients. They practice social distancing and good COVID-19 precautions, wearing masks and requiring patients to do the same at all times. The space is warm and inviting with a waiting area at the front. They put out a quarterly newsletter that is great to read while you wait. They seem to always have interesting workshops available as well as informational tidbits worth learning about in the newsletter that you have to get in-person at your visit. I definitely don't dread going to PT here so that's an improvement from the PT place I had to go to as a teenager with a similar injury.

I called ahead to check about insurance for my husband they said it was covered (through premera) turns out it's covered after you hit $3200 out of your own pocket.. which you'll do pretty quick I think they assume by giving you a treatment plan of 2 times a week for 8 weeks at $180 a pop. Maybe I should've known this but also feel like this should've been clarified when I called over the phone. Either way I still would've sent my husband just didn't love what felt a bit like a bait and switch. The chiro was late.
