I have my younguns over here with Dr Conley and I couldn't be happier. Their scheduling is flexible…read moreand always running on time which is huge for me. I make it a point to be on time for my appointments so I feel it isn't only right they keep things moving along. Waiting with a sick kid is very low on my *enjoyable things to do in the morning". We've seen almost all of the Drs in this practice over the past three years for one thing or another. I like them all but Dr. Jain, Dr. Develle were my favorites outside of her primary. Again though, you really can't go wrong. I've actually recommended this practice to friends and family. All of them have been so pleased that they immediately switched over!

Extremely disappointing experience with Swedish Hospital pediatrics…read more I was billed twice for the same visit, which was a routine infant wellness appointment. One charge was around $320 for the wellness visit and another around $340 labeled as an outpatient visit for the exact same appointment. Previously, I was also charged separately for a 20 minute visit, which is not a short visit, and another longer visit. It felt like I was being billed by the minute without any clear explanation upfront. The breaking point was during a wellness visit when the doctor asked about a prior sinus issue and briefly checked it. That alone triggered a second charge. I was never informed that answering a question during the same appointment would result in additional billing. After multiple calls, they refused to correct it. This feels misleading and unacceptable. Parents should not be penalized for basic care during a scheduled visit. I have since switched providers to a practice that actually prioritizes patients over billing tactics. Take your loved ones somewhere else where they care about providing care more than ripping you off.

And a second doctor that treats older kids. They take very serious health and ask you to check in when you arrive so they can know you are going to be at the door. They will take temperature or apply flu vaccines outside to make it faster. For the rest of the appointments, you get to this out of space decor for kids :) I think only one parent is allowed in during these times. They are very patient with everybody. Specially new parents. They take their time so they can get all the info needed for children development. They take care of the mother too by asking about postpartum feelings as they impact baby's health. They accompanied us through this journey by explaining everything, answering all questions without feeling you are in a hurry, and setting future appointments.

I eventually felt unsafe with them caring for my children and found a much better primary care physician who handled everything in just a day. which is also a previous physician that worked at stepping stone while under the previous management. if the management was still under the previous owners, the rating would be much higher.

Just like many others have reported, their billing practices are misleading at best. We were hit with an unexpected $264 charge during a routine annual wellness exam--solely because we answered the doctor's question about whether we had any concerns regarding my son's sinus and allergy issues. For ten years we've asked similar questions, so who knows how many extra charges were slipped into our bills without any disclosure. When I called billing, the representative repeated the same line over and over: "You signed the financial form." I made it clear that I understand my obligations. What I don't accept is being charged for a conversation the doctor initiated, with zero warning that it would be billed as an additional service. If simply responding to a doctor's question costs extra, that should be stated upfront. Instead, they quietly add charges and expect patients to just pay. This is unethical. A responsible provider would say, "We can discuss this, but it will be billed separately." Allegro said nothing--then charged us anyway. We're done. I've learned my lesson, and we'll be taking our business elsewhere. We're looking for a family doctor who doesn't nickel‑and‑dime patients and a billing department that does more than hide behind a signature on a form. Extremely disappointed in Allegro. We will not be returning.

We had met/chosen our current peds provider while at Overlake (so many affiliated to choose from) and have been very happy with our newborn care so far. No complaints so about the support staff (nurse/front desk) either as everyone we've encountered has been genuinely pleasant . The location is conveniently in Redmond Town Center with lots of parking available. Their check in process where you text them upon arrival and they tell which room to walk straight into is pretty cool and efficient IMO. The only hiccup so far was the clinic initially not confirming the insurance on file so we had to have them process claims again with the corrected info. Some past reviews reviews have mentioned difficulties making an appointment, but luckily it has not been an issue as I try to schedule things in advance as much as possible. I'm sure months ago (and still currently), like many other healthcare facilities, they've been feeling the fallout of COVID and how crappy the economic workforce has been.

Before choosing the plan I called the billing department and received guidance and instruction on which plan to choose, and the operator confirmed my choice. About a week later we were looking to schedule an appointment and we found there is a hold on our account. This was not communicated to us until we reached out via telephone. The scheduling operator told us to talk to billing to get the hold removed. When I spoke with billing I told them that I was looking to update my son's insurance to remove the hold, to which the operator informed me that Allegro only accepts Apple health plans for pre-established clients who have previously used private insurance, and because my son was previously on his mother's plan he was not eligible to use Apple Health. This was not mentioned at all in the previous phone call, nor any other interactions I have had with Allegro staff. So now I'm looking for a new pediatrician, but I'm immensely frustrated by this experience that will disrupt the continuity of care for my son.

The whole building is clean and colorful inside. I feel very confident and am happy with my choice in this office. Update: we now see Dr. Weigel. She is young, sweet and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed, and she will open up about her daughter to relate to me and my daughter, which is comforting and friendly. The office is clean, and they seem to be running a tight ship because I hardly ever have to wait in the waiting room or patient room. I always use the patient room to nurse my baby after our visit. This gives her time to calm down from shots, and stimulation, as well as keeps her on track for the day. They have had no problem letting me hang out in the room for 30 minutes afterwards to make sure she gets a full feeding and diaper change if needed.

My now 6-foot-tall son is 19 years old and still see Dr. Ginsberg! Dr. Ginsberg is easily a 5 out of 5 stars provider, she cares about her patients. She treats her patients with so much respect that my two teens/young adult feels so safe with her. The billing department on the other hand is an absolute nightmare. First, the hold time is ridiculous, once connected, keep your fingers crossed that you are dealing with a staff member that is competent and compassionate and LISTENS! We've had some insurance challenges lately and been talking to the insurance company and then relaying messages back to Allegro since March of 2025. Have dealt with Denise, Lexi and Cassandra, all 3 pleasant and tried their best to help. Lisa, on the other hand is rude and incompetent. As another review mentioned, Lisa does not seem to care. From the get-go of her answering the call, she was telling me "Hold hold hold hold!!!!", "oh oh oh hang on", "let's get to one thing", "just answer my question". Then told me "I am putting you on hold" - all in 5 minutes or less. When I responded with "No, you don't even know what my question is", she said "I am putting you on hold anyway". Today, the office manager Radu called to extend their apology and explained that Lisa was perhaps trying to read the notes on my account? Perhaps, but there is certainly a civil way to tell the customer that. Although, based on other reviews mentioning Lisa in particular, this seems like a pattern of the "I just don't care" behavior. An employee represents the company, in the short 5 minutes conversation, Lisa made us feel unwelcome, unvalued.

I brought my one week old son to Shine Pediatrics for a well child Check. My son's bilirubin was trending up, and he was jaundiced. His provider at the time, Natalie, seemed so knowledgeable, and even arranged home phototherapy for us, so we were grateful. My goal was to breast-feed our son, and that's what I was doing at the time. however, she was concerned that he was burning too many calories at the breast. During the appointment, she asked me "What's your goal with feeding him?" I told her that I wanted to breast-feed. She asked me if I plan to go back to work. I said yes, I work full-time. She replied " you should be realistic with how you're going to feed him. There is no shame in exclusively pumping. that's what I did." looking back at my experience, that was the wrong thing to tell a freshly postpartum and vulnerable new mom. At the time, I just wanted to listen to my son's pediatrician because she was the expert and I was just a new mom. But that appointment made me feel discouraged to breastfeed. Also, I didn't think there was shame in exclusively pumping? But if I wanted to breastfeed my son, she should have been more supportive of that. I am so confused because pediatric providers should encourage breast-feeding. There are so many benefits to it, not just for baby, but for the mom as well. I realize I shouldn't have given up so early in my breastfeeding journey. So now here I am five months postpartum, working with a lactation consultant to get my son to latch again. I asked my husband how he felt about that appointment. He too agreed that Natalie spoke to us in a cold way, kind of like we were stupid. After a follow up appointment with her, we arranged to see another pediatrician for our son. I am a registered nurse. I make it a part of my practice to also listen to patient's family members and provide education and support. Natalie needed to remember that our son wasn't her only patient, but his parents as well. Especially his mom.
