In addition to taking the time to hear my story and understand my foot battles and concerns, Dr. Adad set about updating my orthotics with a 3D scanner (a first for me) and also treated a small plantar wart I had right then and there. (Most doctors I've seen will ask you to schedule a separate appointment for such things). I am so happy I noticed "Podiatry" on the sign when I was taking a tour of 2020 Lifestyles at the PRO Club. They took this trip out of town because my family member wasn't achieving effective results, guidance or follow up with the surgeon in her area. She also regularly receives specialty care at UW but again, wanted to see Hubert Lee because his reviews painted him in a wonderful light. He was such the polar opposite of his reviews that, in their words, they 'felt like they got catfished by a doctor'. They were early for their appointment, my niece is an advocate for her senior citizen mother, they were polite and Hubert Lee's body language and choice of words spoke to both my senior citizen family member and RN daughter like they were completely wasting his time, acted as if they were weird for going out of their town for care which is common practice and the reason people pay high prices for flexible insurance. DPM Hubert Lee rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed, stared outside the window on multiple occasions not listening while my elderly family member was speaking to him, tapped his feet in annoyance and seemed annoyed by everything. Their words 'the entire visit from entry to exit was as if he couldn't get out of our visit fast enough'. Since so many of his other patients have had excellent experiences - this highly suggests he either discriminated against my senior citizen mother due to her age, was annoyed by them being female (sexism) or is racist. Or this man pays for some business promotion and PR firm that falsely inflates his positive reviews and ratings. They went on Mothers Day weekend hoping for a better experience as she's heartbroken with all the pain and loss of function in her feet. I can't imagine all his positive reviews are genuine and my healthcare provider family member said people should really stay away from someone that treats patients this poorly at all but especially in front of their own adult child. Hubert Lee either had the worst day of his life and has no self control or he deeply hates his job or specific types of people - none of this is a good sign

This is my full update review (I have removed my prior). TL;DR at bottom…read more I saw Doctor Chimes around one year ago for intense hip and back pain. Right away, it was clear he cares more about his personal time than his patients. He told me he wanted yes or no answers and not explanations to his questions (and wouldn't really let me explain things in full even when it would clarify things). After my MRI, which showed multiple spinal issues (bulging, herniated, parse defect, which is a fracture) and bursitis in the hip, he gave me a shot for the bursitis that had already begun healing on its own. During this time, I continually try to tell him the pain is not in the location of the bursitis anymore. He continually ignores or even speaks over me. At the end, I am again trying to tell him I feel pain elsewhere in my hip even though there is a little reduction after the shot (but I was numbed, so of course it would hurt less). To test my pain, he had me stand up from my chair...once. Worse, when we were done and I was alone in the room, when I tried to get up to put my pants on, the pain was so intense I collapsed. This pain happened again when I got home and tried to take one step up the stairs. During our last appointment, instead of listening to me, he tells me "Your pain doesn't match the MRI", and that tells me I'm about to be dismissed, but then it got worse. He continues with, "In his professional opinion, you just need internal pelvic floor PT". Why? Because I'm a woman...and he asked me 2 or 3 YES or NO questions around sex and did not let me explain the answers... I told him I didn't think so, but he disagreed. Well, after speaking with a Pelvic Floor specialist, she disagreed with his assessment. So, instead of doing that, I went to Evergreen Sports and Spine and met with a new doctor who actually took my pain seriously. With his help and a new PT, another MRI of my hip WITH contrast (he was surprised that Dr. Chimes didn't order contrast as it's needed for specific tears in the hip), we found that I had a CAM Morphology, that should have been showing up on my other X-rays and MRIs, but apparently weren't spotted and/or reported...and that I had a tear in the Labrum of my right hip. Later, they also found I had a small pincer as well. So, a double impingement. I had to have surgery because the surgeon I spoke with next agreed that the tear was too large to not do surgery if I wanted to not be in pain. No arguing. No trying to talk me out of it. They immediately agreed it was the best course of action. I had surgery April 2nd of 2024 to remove my CAM and the Pincer they found, and then repair the labrum. While I'm still in recovery, my pain is down 80% of the time outside of flareups when I over exercise during my strength training. I would never send a woman to him, as she will be dismissed. I was in so much pain that I was crying after collapsing at the office during my last visit. The only reason I am giving this location a 2-star is because the women at the front were incredibly nice. This review is leaving out a lot of other smaller issues I had during my short time there. Maybe if you're a man, it'll be worth it, but if you're a woman, go elsewhere. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this office or Dr. Chimes. TL;DR, Dr. Chimes ignored what I said and then gave a sexist course of action due to my gender. New doctor 2 months later discovered the issue and that I needed hip surgery to remove two bone defects and a tear in my labrum. I have now had surgery and am doing well in recovery with a large reduction in pain.

When I asked about trying physical therapy? Dr. Robon dismissed PT and said it would not work. I now have permanent scar tissue and pain in the wrist and there was no benefit in the procedure. Since then, I have had many physical therapists tell me that PT is a valid and successful treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome! Worst case scenario, why not at least try PT first before undergoing an evasive surgery?? I was pressured and convinced by Dr. Robon that his Release procedure was the best and most successful treatment option. Dr. Robon does have a good bedside manner but he should not pressure his patients into evasive surgical procedures that could be avoided with physical therapy. I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Robon's poor judgement and he should advocate for his patients better!

The topical treatment that Dr. Vincent had applied to the foot, caused deep and painful blisters for 2 months so my loved one had to tiptoe for 2 months because it was too painful to step on the foot. Now my loved one is seeing another doctor for the problem, which Dr. Vincent failed to treat. I question this doctor's professional ethics and judgement - he saw that the treatment had been futile or even harmful to a patient but kept doing it over and over and charging for it. Would not recommend his services to anyone. He does not have patients' best interests at heart

After extensive interview about symptoms and possible cause, Dr Vincent had me up on the exam table and pronounced I had a 'clogged sweat gland'. WTF. A what? There are sweat glands down there?? In no time Dr. Vincent was scraping and digging and removing the offending whatever, and placed a 'donut' bandage on it, and gave me a bunch to keep using. So far, the pain is gone and doesnt seem to be recurring. So, as others have noted, they may have 'encouraged' me to get orthodic inserts, as they noted my insurance would cover most of it. I did feel a little pressured, as it did not seem to be associated with the condition. However, I did get a pair of orthodics, and I like the arch support. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Billing seemed accurate. Waiting area here is small and rather cramped, and hard to social distance if more than a couple folks are waiting. I'd recommend, if you plan to go there, be prepared to be 'offered' orthopedics.
