I apologized for being tardy and his sweet response was " oh I knew you'd get here. I've been waiting." No reprimands. How refreshing. Dr Hall was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and I told my husband that I was sorry but I found a new love. :-) He made me that at ease with everything moving forward. The topical treatment that Dr. Vincent had applied to the foot, caused deep and painful blisters for 2 months so my loved one had to tiptoe for 2 months because it was too painful to step on the foot. Now my loved one is seeing another doctor for the problem, which Dr. Vincent failed to treat. I question this doctor's professional ethics and judgement - he saw that the treatment had been futile or even harmful to a patient but kept doing it over and over and charging for it. Would not recommend his services to anyone. He does not have patients' best interests at heart

Made an appt with Dr. Vincent as I'd been having growing sharp pain under the ball of my little toe…read more- I would swear that something was broken in there. After extensive interview about symptoms and possible cause, Dr Vincent had me up on the exam table and pronounced I had a 'clogged sweat gland'. WTF. A what? There are sweat glands down there?? In no time Dr. Vincent was scraping and digging and removing the offending whatever, and placed a 'donut' bandage on it, and gave me a bunch to keep using. So far, the pain is gone and doesnt seem to be recurring. So, as others have noted, they may have 'encouraged' me to get orthodic inserts, as they noted my insurance would cover most of it. I did feel a little pressured, as it did not seem to be associated with the condition. However, I did get a pair of orthodics, and I like the arch support. Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Billing seemed accurate. Waiting area here is small and rather cramped, and hard to social distance if more than a couple folks are waiting. I'd recommend, if you plan to go there, be prepared to be 'offered' orthopedics.

I had a specific injury and already knew the diagnosis and the treatment plan; I was there to discuss my bone scan, my overall bone structure and specific joint issues. I wanted a wholistic evaluation. He came in, looked at my scan, looked at my foot (I had a walking boot on; obvious injurY), and said, "Yes, you have a stress fracture. Come back in 6 weeks for an evaluation." I explained that I knew about my foot, and that was not my concern, and started to explain what I wanted from that visit. He completely ignored my concerns. He kept cutting me off, and told me that my concerns were irrelevant and when I insisted that we review my scans, one by one, he said that he has other patients to see. I was in there for 15 minutes! He also took my questions and continued concerns as a personal insult and spent more time talking about his expertise and education than he spent on my scans/pain. He said that he didn't care for bone scans or MRIs and felt that examining the patient was a better approach. He took a look at my legs and said, "I don't see any leg length discrepancy"--when I had provided x-ray results with measurements showing a 1cm discrepancy in my femur. When I brought it up, he interrupted with "It doesn't matter." Just absurd! He also touched me a lot; I had shorts on and he kept touching my thigh and my arms and saying things like, "Now, young lady..." It was the most ridiculous, dreadful medical professional experience I have ever EVER had. WORST.

He was too old to qualify for mine and his new job benefits don't kick in for awhile. An ER trip, a cast and a little bit later and he had his follow up appointment here. Initially, they refused to see him without payment, in full, up front. After a second referral from Evergreen Hospital and a week went by, they agreed to just the new patient fee and a payment towards any total cost. The visit was about an hour, he lost the cast, was given exercises and stretches, a release to limited-duty work and an appointment in two weeks to see how he heals. He seems satisfied, if not bewildered by the medical bills he'll now have, but thought he received good care and respectful treatment from Dr. Boyer. Firstborn is ok, and that's what matters most to Mom.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Adams. I had a very bad ski injury at Whistler in late 2013 season and was sent to ER at Whistler. Doctors in Whistler (who are sports medicine experts) thought I had a MCL sprain and send me home for rest. After 3 weeks my symptom didn't get better but a tidy worsen. My knee wobbled a lot and I can't barely walk without supportive bandages or bracers. So my family doctor sent me to physical therapy which helped a lot after only 3 weeks of rehab. I could walk normal again and even start running and do some yoga. But I still have pain-restrained movement. So Craig Carson, my wonderful therapist, recommend me to see Dr. Adams. The reason being Dr. Adams is not a surgeon so he won't suggest unnecessary surgery. Dr. Adams' office has moved to Evergreen in Kirkland. He and his crew really pay attention to detail. You will see his assistant first, who will ask all kinds of question, and repeat again with Dr. Adams. His assistant will be there taking notes for him. After spending a lot of time doing tests to identify my problem, Dr. Adams decided to send me for MRI, and found that I actually had a 2nd degree ACL torn (instead of MCL). The first thing he said was "No surgery is needed!" with a big smile on his face because he knew how much I was worried. He then explained the diagnosis thoroughly with the knee model, followed by going over the MRI images with me. He did some further test/diagnosis by rotation my knee and suggested me to continue on physical therapy. He answered my 10 million questions with patient! In the end of my visit he will send reports to my physical therapist and family doctor for updates. If you have any sport related injury especially knee and ankle, I strong recommend seeing Dr. Adams.

I spent way too money at a chiropractic's office (which didn't help) before I decided to call my insurance for recommendations. Dr. Adams took x-rays, sent me for a MRI, gave me a comprehensive exam and found that I had a torn labrum. He gave me practical advice, took the time to explain my injury, took very detailed notes and referred me to a physical therapist for treatment.
