I am listened to and able to ask questions and get practical answers... and I love it that the doctor isn't carrying a laptop computer and typing constantly. I've had occasion to see a PA for things like respiratory infections, etc. and I always feel like I get good care. And I almost forgot to mention awesome phlebotomist. She is truly a professional and the quickest, easiest and painless sticks. She should train others she so good.

The practice is getting very busy it seems so they have less time but she's still really nice to talk to and she allows you to ask as many questions as I need to. She's not aloof like many drs I've met. Glenn Litman as a very knowledgeable medical professional who also takes the time to listen. When I'm looking for medical care among qualified individuals, I am always pleasantly surprised to find someone who listens. Since that initial appointment, my family has consulted with Dr. Mann, P.A. Litman, and P.A. Longanecker at different times on different matters... from cognitive testing to UTIs to depression and ADHD. All of them are highly qualified, and they all listen... none of them has ever made us feel rushed. I have also experienced a few of the inefficiencies other reviewers mentioned, but they have been exceptions rather than the rule; and, for me, the people-oriented culture of this team far outweighs the minor inconvenience of having to occasionally follow up on some waited-for communication.

The past year and a half I had a fungus growing on my middle toe. I first saw my primary care and…read moreshe prescribed me an anti-fungal for 3 months. I went to see Doctor. Oliviero in may of 2025 to ask if he thought my fungus had cleared up and gotten better. He was certain that he did not see the fungus but that I most likely damaged my toenail matrix which is what caused the hardening and yellow on the nail. I asked if he needed a sample to get tested and he said he did not believe so. A month later I decided to get a second opinion and saw someone at San Antonio Podiatry. My podiatrist at the new office removed my fungus nail and after two months of removal my new nail has start to come through. I'm sure Dr. Oliviero is still a great doctor, however I am grateful his opinion was not the only one I asked for. It never hurts to get multiple opinions.
