We recently had a serious issue with flickering lights in our home and called Con Edison to check…read moreit out. They came quickly, did a thorough inspection, and determined it was a major safety issue -- our power had to be shut off immediately. That left me, my wife, and our 4-year-old without power or heat right after a snowstorm and during freezing temperatures. We had to leave our home and stay in a hotel on very short notice. We called Fattizzi Electrical (Paul Fattizzi), and he was outstanding. He responded quickly, understood the urgency, and got to work right away. Within two days, he had everything repaired and ready for inspection. He worked with Con Ed to come back out promptly, they cleared everything, and restored power so we could safely return home.
