We explained that we understood the rule and had purchased water. He responded that "the appearance isn't good." I started to move the bottles to the ground when he became more aggressive and said they could not be there at all unless they were for a child. My husband got up to take them to the car. While this was happening, another man walked in carrying a bright pink sparkling sippy cup for his daughter who appeared to be under two years old. The same employee stopped him and asked if the cup was for him or the child. I think it was pretty obvious the pink sippy cup wasn't for the adult. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. Had we not already paid for our meal, we would have left. I've been doing it ever since and this time it costs me an extra buck. The basic sandwich is $11.99. I brought this bad boy home, and you can see my picture. It was an excellent filling cheesesteak, and I love supporting a local business. Five stars!
