I totally forgot to take a picture of my pizza. This is the second time I've had this brand of pizza. The first time in Crestview Florida & the 2nd time near my house in Bartow Florida. I ordered the veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza as well as cheese breadsticks. A huge hit except for the veggie pizza. One of the kids didn't like having an actual tomato on her slice of veggie pizza but they able to take out the tomato. the biggest thing the kids really enjoyed was the cheeses bread. A large pizza has eight slices and I underestimated how good this pizza was & I should've got one extra large, and then one large, but everyone had their slice. The staff was really nice and the place is super clean. We did not order in advance, but we should have it seems like everybody was having the same idea having pizza that evening. read more

Customer service is poor,phone etiquette horrible, food usually good except the subs, online and over phone orders accurate 75% of the time, the last delivery guy handed us a pizza , luckily we opened it and checked it out, all the toppings had all slid off crust. We said ah what is this? He says oh it's messed up. We took money back and tip, he said he'll go get another one. We call the store and they already knew it was messed up because he had checked it out before giving it to us and after it had slid onto his floorboard of car. So he knew before giving it to us how it looked but still gave it to us and took money and tip( which we took back) so always check your food before paying and also to make sure you get all you order because not getting everything happens often too. read more

The staff was very friendly and greeted us immediately. They suggested we purchase the drink liters instead of individual soda fountain drinks since we had a large group. This was an excellent suggestion as it ended up being a great deal. The cheesy bread tasted fresh. It was light-fluffy with the perfect amount of cheese. I tried the pepperoni pizza and it was pretty good. I would describe the pizza sauce as sweet. Everything appeared very clean and well organized. I wish it had more of a pizza dining atmosphere. I'm not sure exactly what I felt was missing. Maybe more decorations? However I felt overall we had decent quality food. Would I go back? For me it's probably better as a takeout place. While it was clean it just didn't have that "dine in" feel for me. However I did really like the cheesy bread especially. I would suggest trying it out! One of the BEST chain pizza places in Bartow. The quality is great and the pizza is consistently on point. Their cheese bread is great (which you can get for free if you fill out a quick survey that's emailed to you). The Hawaiian Pizza has grilled chicken that comes on it and that you don't find everywhere...as a matter of fact I haven't found that anywhere. I would recommend​ adding pepperoni for an added bonus!! Marco's even has a loyalty program that is better than most pizza joints. The customer service is also top-notch! It's great to have this addition to our small town. I recommend this place often and order it at least 3 times a month, especially for football season. Keep up the awesome job Marco's!! read more

Ordered a salad online to pick up. When I arrived home, there was no turkey in the salad. Called to tell them and the response was they no longer have turkey. When I responded that they needed to remove it as an option online, they responded that they had no control over that because it was controlled by the corporate office. I understand that, but do not understand why they did not call me or tell me when I picked up the order to see if I wanted to replace with another meat option. This location opened not too long ago , so we went to try it out. We ordered a Large combo pizza, garlic parmesan wings, chicken Cesar salad, chicken sandwich with bacon. I must say everything was delicious. The wings were small to medium size although they were very tender and delicious. The pizza was toasty on the bottom you can taste it is made with fresh dough and fresh ingredients. The salad was good I mean it's a chicken Caesar salad so pretty much lettuce and cheese.
