I ordered a meat lovers pizza and boneless chicken wings. It was delivered about an hour later and was cold ,hard and stale and made my stomach hurt after eating it. The chicken wings tasted like plastic. I did not eat any of them except the half of one. read more

I ate here on a Wednesday night around 6pm and ordered the 12" deluxe pizza. You place your order at the counter and they told me it would take about 15 minutes which was spot on. The prices are a little higher than the big pizza chains, but the quality is way better. The pizza came out super hot (I had to wait a few minutes before taking a bite), and the thin, crispy crust was exactly what J Burns advertises. There's plenty of indoor seating, and some TVs were playing ESPN, which was nice. They also have outdoor seating, so it's a great place to chill with friends. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This place is a gem! Leaving legoland with my son I decided to search Yelp for some local pizza spots because I wanted to stop for dinner before heading back to south florida. This restaurant was at the top of my search as being the closet to the park (7 minutes) and highly reviewed. When we arrived, the restaurant was beginning to get a bit busy but there was still plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. I ordered a 7in cheese and a 7in pepperoni (personal sizes) for my son and I, along with one fountain drink. Our total was little over $17, not bad. Wait time was moderate. We chose to dine in so we were given a number at the register and found a seat outside. The pizza was brought out to us and boy did it look delicious! Taste was equally satisfying. My son nearly ate his whole pizza and I myself only had a few bites remaining to take home. If I'm ever in the area again they can count on my business. read more

Better than it has to be for being down the street from a theme park. My kids seemed to like the square cut pizza and the price was pretty reasonable. I almost wanted to buy a t-shirt. If i do another legoland trip this place will be a repeat. read more

Came in from being in town for a basketball tournament and we were starving! So first picture was of the garlic knots... yup pipping hot, soft and scrumptious lots of flavor they were gone like the wind... I wish the pizza though was not the same. I don't mind that it's a thin crust pizza but it lacked taste.... I can go as far as saying it was tasteless. my son loves pizza and he left this one alone. We walked out with more than half of the pizza and he didn't even want to eat later.. that's all I needed to know we would not be coming back here read more

Was in town (Lego Land with the fam) and found this gem! Pizza was amazing! Love the thin crust cut into squares. Everyone working there was extremely nice and welcoming. Amazing as always. My husband and I went out for date night and came here, which is our first time to this location. The Taco Pizza is delicious and we tried the new donut holes which satisfied our sweet tooth. Christian and Nate had excellent customer service and were very nice. I also LOVE the Cypress Gardens wall keeping a little bit of the old Winter haven alive. We will definitely be back! read more

I wanted to try this place because it is one of very few pizza restaurants that have a taco pizza on the menu. I was surprised to see that it was a pizza restaurant that you order at the counter and are given a table number instead of an sit down restaurant. I placed my order and chose a table which was unfortunately by the speaker playing church music. When the pizza was brought to my table, I was offered sour cream with it which I accepted. I would give the pizza a 6 out of 10. It had plenty of cheese but that also drowned out some of the flavor of the seasoned ground beef and I didn't taste the Cholua sauce at all. I feel it would be improved having some ground chorizo in with the beef and at least some diced onion or jalapeño. read more

The food was cheap quality unfortunately. We had a 12 inch and 6 boneless wing The boneless wings tasted as if they were from a frozen isles popped in the microwave. They were nice enough to switch the boneless wings for another single pizza 10". Everyone was very nice but food quality not so much /: read more

We were in town for Legoland and celebrating my 3 year old's birthday. Found J. Burns' pizza shop on yelp and they could accommodate a big group. Pizza is great! Thin, crunchy crust, cut into squares and delicious! Good prices and laid back atmosphere. I would say most business is take out, but the staff was really nice and gave a free dessert for our celebration! The only strange thing was the speaker cutting in and out playing weird religious music. Otherwise, highly recommended for groups and delicious pizza! read more

Went here for the first time Saturday evening 9/11/2021. Decided to give the cauliflower pizza crust a try. Ordered it as veggie with add chicken and half the pizza with olives . Also ordered a small salad. Staff was very friendly and brought out the food within minutes. Salad was good and fresh, but the pizza was out of this world. First of all you would never know it's a cauliflower crust as the flavor and crunch of the crust was delicious. Generous , fresh toppings. All around enjoyable experience. Will definitely go back and have more cauliflower crust read more

Perfect dining option if you're visiting Legoland- only 5 min drive from the park! Excellent pizza- top quality ingredients, great portions, very fast and friendly service! Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Christian took excellent care of us! Will definitely eat here again next time we're in town. Thanks yall! read more

Pizza was great, although a bit pricey. Plenty of seating and place was clean. I will definitely be back!

First of all Big Fan of this pizza joint. I have been going to J. Burns since I was a kid in the 1970's. Was visiting the area and had to visit. This place is consistent. The flavor and aromas were the same as it was 40 plus years ago. The crust is thin and crispy. Sauce is the same formula and it was delicious. If you are in the Winter Haven or Lakeland Fl area, you need to try this place. Wish I could get it mailed to me in Georgia. Keep doing what you do J. Burns, your the best in my opinion. read more

Fantastic. Some of the best pizza I have had in a long while. Great service. Highly recommended.

Ordered a carry out and we are very disappointed, the pizza has gone downhill here. The crust was burnt, sauce was very dry and barely any cheese. Like eating plain burnt cardboard. Paid $20 for large half cheese half sausage which by the way was so sparse you couldn't see or taste. Will not waste money and order here again. read more

I really liked the atmosphere upon entering. I did not enjoy the pizza. I thought it was dry and lacked flavor. I thought the concept of cutting it into squares was good for families with children. At least 80% of the customers coming in for pick up did not wear mask. The cashier wore her mask but some of the staff in the back had it on under the nose. The cashier cleans the tables with one spray and one wipe and leaves half of the table dirty. read more

Great food and service! Pizza is not as fattening as most others because of the thin crust. We like the cauliflower crust too!

We stop here every time we go to LegoLand. The pizza is consistently good. It's a sure thing. Only a few minutes from Legoland too.

We are locals at the wine bar and they would not deliver next door. Garlic knots were burnt and boneless wings were ok. The staff in the back were not wearing their masks correctly. They were wearing them under there chin. NOT the way your suppose to wear them. This was our 2nd chance and we won't be back!! read more

So many people in our community raved about this pizza that even though we like thick crust and this is thin we just had to try it. With the toppings it's not really that thin. We liked this and are going back after I review. The toppings actually have flavor. We've been buying the "Specials" at other places and they really don't. Prices are fair. Try a single like we did to see. Good way to go. They even cut it differently and it's easier to eat. Who knew? Nice little place. Enjoy!!! read more

I truly love this pie. Not a New York pie, not a Greek pie, not a chain pie, just a really dependable J Burns pie. Thin crust, toppings on top of very modest amount of cheese, cut into squares, is the way I know it. Bit pricey (medium is almost $20 with 3 toppings) but every once in awhile you just feel like this style of pie. A winner in my book! read more

Hands down best pizza. Not into the thick crust most places have. Love that it's cut in small squares instead of the typical pizza half way. This one is always cut through. Went out with group of friends and decided to give this place a try. Upon arrival all big sized tables were dirty. We got a total of 4 pizzas, boneless wings and garlic knots. The pizza was alright. Expect to have a thin pizza, think Tostinos. The garlic knots taste and wings had a strong freezer burn after taste, not to mention that the wings are the size of chicken bites and definitely not worth the price. read more
