I am so sorry I was really looking forward to a wonderful food experience however when my friend and I went in for the first time over the weekend we were not that impressed. It felt & looked like a ghost town and the food we purchased from the Asian / Thai place was not that good especially for the price. When we got the text our food was ready , we asked for napkins, and the girl told us they were available around the corner towards the bar... really? For the price we paid you couldn't give us napkins that were sitting there? We were only allowed the ones that came in the utensil wrap when a pile of extra napkins were just sitting there next to it after we spent over $35 dollars is not good customer service. The crab Rangoon tasted like it was purchased from the Costco freezer section when you want a fast hors d'oeuvre to have for an at home party. It was dry and tasted old. Actually Costco's tasted better. The Pork Bao bun not good the pork is supposed to be a little crisper, and mine was soft and barely cooked. I only ate one bite. Also ordered the dumplings. They were just decent. We also ordered a smashed burger from Fat Maggie's and asked for the works only to have received the text our burger was ready. We go up to get it and it's just the burger sitting there. I had to ask the girl to get us the works we asked for. Not sure why it wasn't all ready for us when it was a simple one burger order and they were not busy. The burger was good but with a smash burger, it's hard to get that juicy medium burger enjoyment as the burger was crispy on the outside. No fault of Maggie's that's just the trend it was still good and it was nice someone walked around asking everyone if they liked their burger. You deserve more than to be crammed at the end of the kitchens and should move to the middle into the larger space as it gave the illusion that you were not as famous as you are and that you're a tiny business when you're not. Kudos on your great tasting burger though. Now to the building, i feel bad the joinery has the lake to walk around and a great outside area for IG influencer pics back drops where you can relax and sit back with style I did not see that here at this location and since there is no lake to look at you truly need more outdoor aesthetics like a "lawn" area with outdoor games for people to hang out at or more of an amateur works greenery outdoor vibe or host, Pilates and yoga classes to draw more ppl in. Went with two friends and we ordered something from every place and shared. A little pricey but filling. The food was good and there's plenty of seating! Seems like it can get a little loud in the main area, but there's one room with windows that's closed off with tables and I noticed another room off to a side that seemed like it could be quieter too. Not many vegetarian or vegan options. I'm very disappointed in Depot 303 and Tilaw. They reduced their only vegan entrée (Pancit) to a teeny tiny portion for just $2 less. There really are no vegan options in Mulberry or nearby, so this was a perfect addition for enjoying a meal out. It seems like they don't realize how valuable this offering is to the community. I've been multiple times since the opening in April and was shocked when I went two weeks ago for lunch and was served a small side-portion container as my entrée,with a $12 price tag! When I expressed my surprise to the staff, they told me they had reduced the portion size (of this dish only) as they were approaching the formal grand opening. She then mentioned it was now $2 off... but my response was: it's less than half the size and supposed to be a meal. She apologized for not mentioning the change when I ordered. I left and pouted like a toddler after their ice cream fell on the ground. It's sad to see fewer vegan-friendly choices here, especially since Tilaw and King of the Coop offer them at their other locations. I hope they consider adjusting the offering or adding more substantial vegan options in the future. I did bring this up to Depot 303, however they do not have control over the menu and offerings which is understandable. read more

Loads of dining space and lots of parking. Much better compared to the Joinery in Lakeland. They only have 5 of 7 vendors filled at this point but the ones they have are top notch. The men's restroom doesn't have anything to dry your hands right now except in the handicap stall but that's my biggest complaint. read more

Depot 303 is such a great addition to the Mulberry area, a big food stall eatery with indoor & outdoor seating, and walking distance to the Mulberry Ice Cream Company and another cafe. The Depot 303 is still kind of in a soft opening, so not all of the stalls have been filled yet. Once they are, there will be a good 7-8 different options to choose from. Even then, when I went you could get a nice burger, dumplings, Asian fusion, or a stone oven fired pizza. And with a nashville hot chicken stall soon to come. It's already a great variety of choices. There will be more seating soon as well- they have a covered outdoor patio area that will be fabulous. There's also a bar in the back so they have a little of everything here. I think come end of summer (2025) they will be much more smoothly running. We got our food pretty fast from a couple different stalls though it wasn't busy at lunchtime during the week. All of the food was very tasty and would come back again. I'm curious to see how this place runs when it starts to get busier, but again what a great thing for Mulberry to have! read more

First time coming on 5/31. Tried to get something from every place. Fat Maggie's smash burger was good. Loved the in house pickles. Got bao buns (pork) and lumpia from Lilaw (sp?) and both were really good. The slaw on the bao buns was sweet. Got the loaded fries from Chicken and Pig and they were good also. The chicken was hand breaded and fried, great flavor. Their dill ranch was delicious. From Layers, I got the 303 Sweetheart crepe and OMG, so good. The cheesecake was amazing, the fresh whipped cream was so good, fresh strawberries and the crepe was not too sweet and held everything else perfectly. So good! Service was quick for made to order food, the atmosphere was light, tables were clean. Sweet tea was really good too. Can't wait to go back. read more

Depot 303 is a food hall with multiple food stands including Pizza, Asian Fusion, Dumplings, Noodles, Sandwiches, Burgers and Fried Chicken. There is also a bar with some craft beer options and mixed drinks. Recently I visited for lunch and tried The O.G. from King of the Coop. This hot chicken sandwich had meaty chicken covered in a medley of spicy and flavorful spices, topped with crisp coleslaw, tangy pickles and sandwiched in a soft bun. I have been to all the booths and reviewed them separately. The overall appearance is clean industrial. There is little evidence of marketing and special events to help kick-start attendance. The place is often totally empty at lunch time. The chose booths are well-balanced and quality food. They need something like a coffee or pastry shop to bring people in for non-lunch times but they refuse to compete with neighboring businesses. Competition would improve both locations sales. Some of the booths have feeble placards for menus. They'd all benefit from food photos on facebook pages, their pages, on feature walls. Several are having great difficulty staying afloat. read more

Glad we chose not to bring pup because pet friendly patio was missing seating at this time. We will be back after they have time to fully open. Stopped in on Easter Sunday for pizza. Nice place. Lots of seating! There were only two tables with people seated so we had our choice of places to sit. The folks at the pizza place were super friendly. Pizza arrived quickly, piping hot and pretty tasty. I only managed to snap a pic after the kids grabbed their slices. The only downside was that they told us they don't have plates. The pizza is served in a pizza box so we all just sort of ate out of the box. It was a little difficult and super messy for a group of four. Cost wise, we spent around $32 for a 16 inch pizza (half cheese, half ham and pineapple), and four drinks. We enjoyed our pizza and our visit, but we do really hope they offer plates in the future. The other food stalls looked great too, so we'd love to visit again and try some others. read more

Stopped here around opening time for lunch. Decided to try Tilaw. I got the chicken skewers and mango refresher, both of which were delicious. The mango refresher is made with fresh mango purée. We also tried (not pictured) Fat Maggie's. The candied bacon cheese fries will definitely bring me back. The smash burger was also amazing. We decided to stop here on the way home. After reading the reviews, I was a little nervous about what we would find but we were pleasantly surprised. I wish more people would check it out. It was pretty empty when we arrived close to 1 PM but slowly started to fill up. I enjoyed the adobo chicken and rice, we also got some grilled chicken and fries and a smash burger with fries. The pizza has the "char" and taste of fresh ingredients and dough missing from the area. Care is taken to make each individual pie unique and not from an assembly line. Watching the hand tossing of the dough as the pie is prepared, as well as being able to discuss your wants with the actual chef helps create a special experience. Prices are a bit high, but the food is excellent. Dumplings are outstanding. Hamburger was excellent and truffle fries were also. Pizza we took home is handmade and one of the best we've eaten. The Depot is somewhat empty during g a weekday after noon rush, so I question if the owners will be able to stay in business long. read more

Like so many others here in Mulberry we have been waiting eagerly for the opening. My wife and I just left. I have to say my food was good, but vastly overpriced. I double smash burger and order of bacon cheese fries and a small drink was 30.00$. My wife got a dumpling soup, a cucumber salad and a specialty tea, hers was 32.00$. Then we got 10 sesame balls for 18.00$. With tips it cost 2 people to eat an alright meal about 90.00$. So I would have to say we were pretty disappointed. We probably won't be back. read more
